Not all the lights worked on the unit. Only brake lights, headlights and back up lights worked. There were no running lights in the back of the truck or marker lights on the unit itself at the top.

Unstaffed. Zero instructions or signage. Truck return was very confusing and inconvenient.

David GReceived a truck with a hole in the gas tank. Called the U-Haul, they told me to wait at the gas station and they needed to file a report, and someone would get the truck after they received proof of damage. I provided truth, and was told to wait. I said this was unacceptable, and then immediately drove it back across the street and left it there. I ended up reserving a truck from another location. I called the StorageGirl number that was provided, and did not get an answer. A few days later someone from that number called me back and told me that I needed to get a hold of another person, that she could not refund me. That person did not answer. During this whole process, not a single person apologized for my experience, and I never received a refund. Never rent from this location!
MICHAEL GThe return process was frustrating. There was no one in the office to assist, so everything had to be done through the phone. Unfortunately, the internet connection kept stalling, which made the process take much longer than it should have. On top of that, there was no designated place to park my vehicle while I returned the truck, so I had to keep moving it to stay out of the way. Overall, the experience was inconvenient and poorly organized.
