The return process was frustrating. There was no one in the office to assist, so everything had to be done through the phone. Unfortunately, the internet connection kept stalling, which made the process take much longer than it should have. On top of that, there was no designated place to park my vehicle while I returned the truck, so I had to keep moving it to stay out of the way. Overall, the experience was inconvenient and poorly organized.
Lori LIt was all ready for me when I got there for my appointment and they worked with me to make sure I had what I needed. ¡Gracias!

David CThis is the nicest U-Haul facility I have ever encountered. Clean, bright, pleasant. The renting process was seamless and easy. Place some railroad ties along the back of the trailer parking area. The trailer rolled down a hill when I disconnected it.

Melanie BI'm trying to figure out why I'm overcharged a amount charged $166.05 overcharged they cost me 173.00 for the truck I was given 200 miles that I didn't go over" $61.69 For the trailer. So I'm trying to figure out why your mom charged another $166" Is 2:00 PM and i called the facility 4 time & two times back to back with no answer

Kevin PI was grossly overcharged when returning the vehicle. The vehicle was returned exactly the way I received it, including having our gas in it.

MICHELE SI've rented from Uhaul and 2 other movers in my 40+ years and NEVER have I experienced the level of follow-up, care and consideration. Simply the MOST Professional experience EVER!! My son is moving out of state in a few months and we will ONLY use this location for any future needs.

Jimmy MI had a wonderful experience with U-Haul and Storage Girl. I ended up with COVID in the middle of my rental period. They extended my rental until I recovered. I am very appreciative and will recommend U-haul and Storage Girl to anyone and everyone.
Nicole CI called ahead and mentioned the planned drop off time. They directed me over the phone where the drop off area was. By the time I finished unhooking the car dolly, I was greeted by the check in person and she quickly completed the return process.
