When I dropped off the car carrier the attendant made a snide comment when he tried to put me in a tight spot and to back up the truck with the carrier still attached. I explained that I could not back up a 20ft truck with the carrier attached in that area. He said well since you was driving it I figured you knew what you was doing. When I went back the next day to drop off the truck the lady was helpful and got me out of there quickly.

The customer service was very poor and uninformed. I turn your truck in on time at 9 o'clock on Sunday. I was told at that time that I will receive a text within 15 minutes after the truck was checked in. Not only did I not get that text. I received a call asking when I return the truck today. I informed him that I turned it working at 9 o'clock and I was expecting a zero balance. Alatest stop by the store to get better clarification of what was going on with the truck. Not only did I not get clarification. I was told that I have a $7 balance. this is unacceptable the gas level was at the gas level when I receive the truck. Also did not exceed the 188 miles that was granted. I would like a manager to give me a call at 404-213-1571.

I went to the wrong location and asked if it was possible to transfer my reservation. They said it was no problem. The computers were down, however as I waited to be helped a few people had come in and gotten their rental. I was passed around two 6 different people who all seemed clueless especially the General manager (Christina Casteel). I finally checked out with a different lady and she sent me outside. TO do what I had no idea becuase she did not give me any instructions or paperwork. The guy (Alex) who was going to help hook up the trailer asked us for it but I had no idea. I went back in to inquire but she said she emailed it to me. I had no idea what she was talking about so I went back outside and another lady helped gather the information. Poor customer service from everyone except Alex and one other lady who was not even on the clock. We get the trailer and they open it and it smells. It had not been cleaned and there were coconut and a metal object inside. So they had to go get a mop and clean it. No one came out to apologize or r anything.

Where should I begin...... Well for starters I RSVP a few weeks before my move and a 26ft truck was to be picked up at a different store in Covington Ga. We arrived at 4pm waited for 30 minutes outside the door of 3613 Salem rd Covington Ga 30016 (People self storage) with a sign on the door stating be back in a few minutes. Then at 4:30pm the man appeared to let us in the building finally!! He asked did we have a reservation I said yes then he proceeded to check the computer only to tell us he did not have the truck!!! I was obviously upset after waiting some more he finally found us a truck at your Conyers Ga location! So after all the time we wasted we had to drive to the other store!!! When we arrived at the conyers location I let Harold know I was very upset but he didnt seem to care and while he was checking us out one of your employees interrupted our conversation while eating an eggroll!! My husband and I found this to be very unprofessional!! Had i not been moving 1st thing in the morning and it being the end of the day i would have taken my business else where!! turned the truck in while open. Guy ask me to get back in truck and give him mlieage and gas levels. so i did. He jumps on door step and looks him self while im back in truck. I asked him, why did i have to do YOUR job. He was smart ass. 2 days later i get a bill for almost 8000 dollars. way wrong !!!!!!!!! call me scott 3862330628

I had a billing issue after my daughter picked up the truck, I called back only to be miss informed about how to handle the issue. My wife called back after we returned the truck, Martha took the call put her on hold Harold came on the phone he was the ASM who originally told us to call him and he would take care of the problem here didn't!!! Christina came on the phone my wife explained the problem to her and Christina took care of the issue, I really appreciated her assistance in resolving the issue. I know that customer service training should be apart of Uhaul daily agenda. We'll continue to use Uhaul in the future for our moving needs maybe not this location. Mr Clements

Despite problems with final bill, it was all straighten out at the end. Personnel with very helpful in clearing up the final bill. Took longer then excepted.

The 6’ x 12’ trailer was very heavy, even while empty, and there was no jack to help lift the tongue off the ground. NOT user friendly and frankly unsafe.

I was charged for a service fee of $5 which wasnt explained while at check out and I was charged for a $3 donation fee that I didnt approve. I was quoted the rental rate but charged more. I will dispute charges with my bank. Would like to rate higher but discussed upon turning in the rental trailer same day and they said nothing they could do take it up with your bank.

No waiting. Great! I wish your employees at this location as well as other locations would let renters know if their vehicle arrives ahead of time especially if you see that a customer has a reservation booked. Pick up the phone and call the customer and say "Ms. Jones, I see you have a p/u reserved for 3pm but it's 2pm and actually here right now. You're welcome to come in now and pick it up if that works for you." Now that's customer service!!

First of all the truck that I rented had roaches inside the back cabin area which was very disgusting. Otherwise, the front area of the truck was clean but after seeing roaches in the back made everything seem dirty. Ways to improve next visit ensure there are not insects inside and/or spray the trucks to help prevent this situations from occurring.
