I didn’t like the price for the size storage unit I got. That’s about it though. No other complaints

My experience with uhaul has been over 8 years in 2 different locations the parking is very minimal for customers who pays storage most of the time on the first of each month and the last of the month ,people coming and going to many uhaul truck takes up all the parking for paying customers ,also the prices fluctuate to much especially for those who uses this facility for business purposes but i am happy about the storage you provided for unwanted or damaged items out front in the bin and i also like that you have a sufficient amount of carts

It is fair and reasonable to refund customers for any unused portion of their rental time, unless the unit remains vacant for the duration of the unused rental period. This policy does not prioritize customer interests and could be seen as withholding rental time unfairly. It’s being interpreted as Rental Time Embezzlement and Holding customers funds unjustifiably.
