Wonderful....had storage since 2017 and absolutely no problems. Belongings were well kept and Uhaul location was always available, professional, and friendly. A wonderful and safe experience....no worries at all for 6 years!! Thank you Georgia (Conyers location).

Also, upon my close out on Saturday morning at 10:00 one of the ladies ( with longer hair) sat, ate, & had myself & other customers waiting, seemed bothered that she had to walk me to my until to remove a lock & prior, she asked another male employee to assist me ( he had long hair dreads), he didn't want to assist. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. However, overall, I appreciate the safe & clean unit that I rented & the facility securing my lock when I had not.
Angela D. | Overall ExperienceMy first time EVER using u-Haul storage & I can say it was the worst experience ever. Myself and a friend had to walk all of my furniture up THREE flights of stairs, because the elevator was out of service. I broke several of my personal items & even got hurt a few times. It was horrific! If I would have known prior to renting the storage unit, I would have never chosen this location. I was very unsatisfied. I spent almost $200 to rent the unit and couldn’t even use the main thing to get my furniture to the unit. The only units that were available at the time was on the third floor. I would not recommend to anyone else.
