The drop off location stated that there was sand in the truck at the time of drop off. I did not check the truck when I picked it up for cleanliness. I did load on concrete as well as unload on concrete so I did not bring the sand. I told the drop off location that it must have been in the truck when I rented it. They stated that they would take it up with the pick up location. I would recommend that a walk through/check be done on each truck prior to rental to avoid this in the future. The drop off had no appropriate parking for the equipment as it was filled with cars. The guy could not access the Uhaul website or give me a receipt of my payment. They rented to equipment out before they checked me out. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

although I had reserved a refrigerator dolly they did not have one in stock! they did send me off with a small regulator dolly at no charge. it was not large enough to handle a 22cu.ft. so we made other arrangements. I it must be tough to keep the indicated inventory matching whats on hand at each outlet but that didn't help me!

Patric was helpful somewhat but never gave me any paperwork showing I returned the car hauler or truck. The local manager I was told would help me with my issues with the truck but then just referred me to the corporate offices.

I dropped off the vehicle after hours, so I don’t know anything about the office or personnel.

When we started the truck the oil light and the service light were both lit.. we were told it was because the truck needed an oil change and that they could do it when we dropped it off.. due to our level of concern the manager kept turning the truck on and off.. it was obvious that he was trying to reset the light. When a mechanic was located he had to put at least 3-4 quarts of oil in the truck before the lights went off. Also the truck leaned to one side.. you could hear the pounding/grinding on one side, something was broken.

The location of the trailer was not the preferred location provided and I was not informed of the location to pick up the trailer. The individual at the preferred location assisted me in locating the trailer. Also, the trailer was stuck in mud and did not have the blankets I paid for inside. It was also dirty and not swept out. I returned it better than I got it.

When we arrived to pick up the trailer, it was blocked in by another trailer. The guy working had my husband lift the very heavy trailer to help drag it forward. We were very disappointed that the people working at the facility were sitting inside while my husband was asked to do the heavy lifting. They also did not seem to understand that I had already checked in and selected a drop off location, which I showed the man. He insisted it wasn't showing in his system, though I showed him it on my phone. Then when he printed the contract, it was there anyway. Very bad experience all around.

The only reason I didn't give this location a 5 * rating is because of The cramped parking. Otherwise I will make this my permanent location for all my uhaul needs. The staff was awesome!

My trailer was not ready had a flat tire. While they did put air in the tire they did not check to see why the tire went flat in the first place. So I was left to my own devices when I left the lot to discover the tire flat 2 hours later & after business hours.
