How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was advised that the truck was double booked. I only got it because I showed up first
Kristian IThe drop off location was closed during reported business hours. Someone heard us out front and came to help with what was needed. It was hard to see the screen on my phone and over 95 degrees outside when I returned the unit. Also the cell service in that area was bad. Not a great experience.
