Everything in the reservation was ignored by either this location or U-Haul itself! Wound up paying more - HUGE “drop the ball” on someone at U-Haul… To top it off the loaders we hired through them never showed. Overall a Horrible experience, will never use again!!!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe location itself was fine, an auto repair shop... i object to having to travel so far to get equipment when there are closer locations with available trucks and moving blankets. Having me travel to get the truck and then making me go to my local location for moving blankets is unacceptable.
MICHAEL SI would be interested in renting another unit next month if a price break was offered
KEVIN MThe staff at River Town Auto was excellent from the friendly, helpful young women who greeted me for the U-Haul rental. The truck was clean and the return of the U-Haul at the end of the day was excellent . I would/ will recommend River Town Auto to others. Thank you for making my U-Haul rental experience a smooth one.
MICHELE DWas billed twice because of faulty information sent to drop off location.
