The truck did not have any of the items we ordered in the vehicle plus it had additional charges we didnt ask for.

Dylan RThe U haul representatives were helpful when I called. The process of using the app to rent the u haul was overwhelming and a disaster to say the least. I would never recommend anyone to rent from a U haul place unless there was someone there, on sight (in person) , to assist. The app process of checking in is a nightmare. When I returned the truck, there was someone there to assist so it was really helpful.

Marchelle FWhen I checked in, I had to wait quite a while for someone to help me then he wasn't very helpful or friendly! Kinda rude actually. Also, on my final bill I was charged for a dolly and pads that I didn't request and the truck didn't even have them in it anyways. I called the location I rented from and they gave me a different number to call then they told me they would have the manager call me and I have not received a call as of yet. It was not a very good experience! I would not recommend this location!
