Was not pleased with the experience. I have no desire to rent anything by video !!!also had a fear of running out of gas.

Probably would be nice to have someone on site with spare keys to assist with a faulty truck that locks on its own with the keys inside
LARRY Kmy overall experience was rated on the poor maintenance of the trucks and my time wasted with the virtual assistant. The store location was well-maintained and clean inside. Two of the trucks I rented had transmission issues. All virtual assistance at that location were friendly. I spoke with one virtual representative who had a little knowledge of their system and wasted almost an hour, claiming they could not do anything from their side and referred me to tech-support. Luckily another customer entered and spoke to the virtual assistant I spoke with on an earlier rental. I was currently on the phone with tech-support, and when the other customer was finished, I asked her to help. She told the tech-support that she would take it from there and she had me out and going within minutes. I think U-Haul's pricing is a good value for money. If I recommended a friend to this location, I would advise them to request her, unfortunately, I don't remember her name.

MICHAEL PThere was no live attendant. Everything had to be done via computer and monitor visit. Not everyone understands how to do this. I will not rent again except through a live in-person representive.
tommy JIf I only need a truck for a couple of hours to move a bed and there are trucks there, I should be able to use the smallest truck unless it's not a good running truck. $86 is ridiculous
jessika gI do not like to deal with a "virtiual manager". The rates are misleading and the mileage rate is excessive. I will not deal with them again.

Justin BUnbearable hot temp in office. It took forever to get this order completed after online reservations made. Will not use this U-Haul on Prince St in Conway. Another unhappy customer was ahead of me. I rather have a real people !!!!

Donald WGive him the ability to get his bill to see all the charges and print it. It did not give me the option to do this or was not evident on the site. Nor is there a way to get to a rental bill after you have taken back the truck or trailor.
Ronald WThis location did not have anyone to assist with pick up of truck. We were advised to call an 800 for help. Did three times and was on hold for a total of 45 minutes. NEVER did get to speak to someone.
McKenzie Jvery weird tech. highly unsafe as there is no staff but unlocked doors for anyone to walk in. i was alone with a young homeless man for awhile before he found staff in the back. they said they couldn't help me but to wait. we did for awhile and no virtual staff came. he tried to do it on the computer but it wasn't working. he finally did it on his own phone! very weird returning it alone at night as well, and requiring me to take all the photos and stuff… just a lot. It also made me feel very unsafe doing all of this at night and very exposed. Equipment and vehicle were excellent.

Christine RThe entire process for checking in and returning was horrendous. Everything, and I mean everything is done through an app. All the way to returning the equipment. The app wasn't even working, and the "on-site" manager was a virtual manager. So even then, no one was actually there to assist something that should be a very easy process.
James WThe staff is awesome, but the truck I rented had no dash lights, so I couldn't see (at night) how fast I was driving, how much gas I had, or if I had any alerts. Couldn't use the check in when I got back.
LESLIE HCheckin proceeds was awful. Your app needs a lot of work, your virtual assistants provide very poor customer service, and your truck needs to be retired. There is no way I recommend u-haul to anyone. The only helpful person was the man who worked at the storage unit location where i picked up the truck.

Johnny DThe fact the trailers are not easily accessible was frustrating. I understood the understaffing right before Christmas and was fine with waiting and then again to retrieve the trailer. The return after hours was incredibly frustrating. I won't be using this location again. It was the farthest from my property and it wasn't convenient. Unfortunately my location did not have inventory.
Mia CThe accommodation was excellent, but the equipment was dangerously inadequate. I have used U-haul for years and this was the WORST driving truck I have ever used. There was too much play in steering wheel, turning was extremely difficult to maneuver and several efforts were required to make simple turns, and the brakes were not working properly. I suggested to the agent on duty that they put that death trap out of commission and not rent it to any body else!!

JOSEPH FI understand your use of latest technology for returning equipment but as a long time user of U-Haul I found it very frustrating to try to rent an enclosed trailer to move some plants. I spent more time dealing with pickup and drop off than the total hour I spent loading and unloading this trailer. Move happened in Little Rock and I live 30min away. Thank you Adam for making this transaction right. I will certainly think twice about trying to rent in the future. I loved the past method of after hrs drop off.

Arleta FThese guys were awesome! But UHaul itself, not so much. My drop off location that was on my contract no longer does UHaul rentals. UHaul changed the drop off location, but I was not informed of this. Spent well over an hour sitting in the hot sun waiting for a call back. Finally called around myself and found out where to drop.

Janis GNot thrilled that I was charged $20 when I dropped the trailer off this morning - two full days prior to it needing to be delivered.
Jacob MI had to rush to get the trailer back or it was going to cost me an extra $20. When he asked me how long was I going to use it, I though me meant road time. Next thing I know he put me on a damn time limit. Next time if y'all ask me that question I'll say 24 hours. What a stupid way to make a buck. That's going to get people in accidents.
BRENT LSmartasses - they kept thing me we aren't uhaul. Didn't have trailer I booked, got sent to a second uhaul.

akoya nLeft the truck cleaner than when picked up. Put the gas exactly where it was, after it cost me $201 to rent, $70 in gas because the transmission is terrible in that truck, and still got charged another $31 after i left the truck. Not recommending to anyone.

Robert HI was very disappointed when I agreed to a free trailer, and I wasn't able to pick up my truck at the originally scheduled time because they needed to hook and verify the trailer hookup. I wanted to pick up the truck after hours and first load the truck in the evening then return to pick up the trailer the following morning. This delayed me by several hours, so I canceled the trailer the next morning at pickup. I'd gladly have pulled the trailer to where you needed it if you could have made the hook-up more convenient.
