The customer service rep located in the office was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her a question regarding something that I wasn’t informed about nor have I ever had this issue. Instead of listening to understand she was listening to respond. She also hung up on me due to her lack of accountability. I cannot express the amount of ignorance she displayed yesterday at the return.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulDouble check how clean the trucks are, ours had random pieces of glass on the floor and it was very loud compared to prior times we’ve rented a truck
MADISON EGood location and very efficient. Although the receptionist was very kind she seemed to doubt if I had the (proper) credentials necessary to rent the truck. As a 61-year old black American minister, this approach caught me off guard. She even questioned if my credit card was from a (legitimate) "brick and mortar" bank. Nonetheless she was quick, the truck worked and the credit card worked so she seemed satisfied.
Michael MThe lady that waited on me displayed some of the best customer service that I have seen in a very long time. She is definitely an asset to their business.
Latasha JVehicle is downright dangerous due to alignment and steering or tie rod issues. Windshield wipers are in need of replacement and washer fluid doesn't even reach the windshield. This made driving in snow inconvenient due to having to stop at gas stations to periodically clean it with a squeegee when visibility became too low.
