Jeremiah SMake sure you check your truck thoroughly before leaving the lot! The one they tried to put me in initially had the check engine light illuminated and hardly any gas. This was after having to wait half an hour for them to even be able to help me (and I had a reservation). Despite the fact that I had done the online check-in process and entered all required rental information, I had to re-enter it on site and was denied use of the online sign out of my rental. Not a great way to start an already stressful day!

Sheryl LI reserved a 17 ft truck 2 weeks in advance. Called and confirmed it a week prior. When i got it today they didn't have my 17ft truck. I had to settle for a 15ft truck that was filthy inside, and it blew white smoke out the tail pipes, very loud truck! I didn't even get a discount! So disappointed! Next time I'll get a budget truck!
Michael RThe only problem at this location is that it is hard to get in and out of. The staff was polite and friendly, the young lady that called me on the phone to remind me of my appointment was nice and helpful, If I have moving needs again I will return here.
Steven TMaybe offer a military or AAA discount to ease the stinging price for this old retired guy. My first rental from U-Haul was. 46 years ago. It was a 4x6 trailer that I pulled 750 miles behind a VolkswagenBettle when the Marine Corp transferred me from Quantico to Kansas City. Everything went smooth then and everything went smooth last week. Glad to see U-Haul is still around.

Patrick VI was very upset. When I booked this U-Haul I went over item by item what we would be hauling and I was assured it was large enough. When they confirmed the rental and pick-up time I again expressed my concerns about the size. Again went over item by item what I was hauling and again I was assured it was large enough! Well we ended up have to load two additional vehicles because there was not enough room!! Very dissatisfied!!!!

Terry BI had reserved a dolly but this location did not have a dolly. Also, my contract was not adjusted and when I dropped the truck off at the drop-off location, they contacted me to ask me to return the dolly that I did not receive. In the future, make sure the contract is accurate before the customer leaves to prevent problems later.

MIKE TI have been a long-term customer of U-Haul (12 plus rentals) in past couple of years. The online confirmed order had changes at the pickup location. New Drop-off location was in system. Had to provide U-haul individual entire new input to rent truck including credit card. In addition, had to provide verification to rental truck by giving a name & number of an individual to call. U-Haul should know my history and loyalty, you had my credit card and Photo ID. This is a turn-off to continue to use U-Haul if required every-time I rental a truck.
Edward PThe truck was extremely unreliable. There were constant engine noises and it was not easy to maintain on the road. The lady was nice, however, and was able to cut a deal on the truck because they didn't have the size I wanted. But, I would not use this location again.

LOREN BUpdate your customer service. I work in the hospitality industry and Uhaul's customer service (if you can even call it that) is a joke.
