Checked in online. Went to pick up trailer. Was directed to a large lot with many trailers. Was given an ID number to find correct trailer. Could not find. Returned to sales area. Had to stand in line again. Told clerk I could not find the trailer. She freed up and looked for herself. Couldn't find, assigned me another trailer; told me she would bring final paperwork to me. Waited and Waited. She didn't return. I drove with hitched trailer to sales . Had to wait in line again Finally was told by a second clerk they had to get the manager to fix the change of trailer. He messed around a while; told me he couldn't make the switch. He offered a larger trailer at same cost. I agreed. Went to hitch up the larger trailer and found I couldn't lift the tongue. Went all the way back to the sales office again. Had to wait in line again. Asked for help with the trailer. Eventually they sent someone to help. Took both of us to lift the tongue to my hitch ball. Finally got on my way after more than an hour wasted. Opened trailer at house where we were using it. It was very dirty inside. Had to sweep it out before we could use it. Not happy with this experience.
Manager who helped me was very rude and yelling at his employees while assisting me. It was raining out and I had to hook up the trailer by myself because he didn't want to get wet.
These fuys came in a jiff. We were supposed to have a resrvation with budget and they ended up not even confirming the reservation so we went to uhaul last minute who did an awesome job on having everything available we needed

The blonde manager is so helpful in assistance and she is gorgeous af!
Justin and Jamison of Rhoad Brothers Moving were absolutely fantastic! Great combination of work ethic and attitude. We want to move again just because it was so pleasant working with them!

I did the return check in from my phone but I kept getting an error when I tried to enter pictures for the cleanliness question. To complete the checkin I had to say I left it dirty and got charged an additional $25. Please get this fixed ASAP
I did everything online. This is the second time I have came to this location and it's my fault again I requested dollys just to get to my location to find them not there! And I was charged for one that I shouldn't have been even though I called and verified. And an additional 130 was taking out of my account. If it's not there in a few days it's gonna be another hassle. I just want my money back for the dollys I didn't receive and 130 extra that came out of my account for whatever reason.
Joe was a huge help in getting us a truck and storage unit after my online reservation didn't go as planned. He went above and beyond to help. Big thanks to Joe.
the trailer had mulch or dirt in it, but not a big deal for what i was moving with it.
Your credit card machines have the "tap to pay" feature, but the staff said the company has not updated software to activate them. I do not like sticking my credit cards in a slot, so please get this tap system working like so many other businesses have done.
The wonderful woman who helped me is awesome! I am sorry I forgot her name, she deserves a raise.
We were charged 99 cents a mile instead of the advertised 79 cents a mile. The 20 foot box truck is perfect for a large house.
I got charged for not filling the gas back even though I did. All because I told the wrong guy allegedly
A wider aisle between the rental trailers and cars that park there. Not a lot of room gor big suvs to back in
They doing there best, but just out dated. Lady was very friendly, but guy didn't talk, later found out from yard guy he had 2 strokes and could not talk! So that's why. So if you get complaints that's the reason
The staff needs to be more attentive to what is going on with inline service pick up..
No one was willing to help me with the price difference I will not recommend to anyone, Penske or hertz would have been a better choice at that price. Frank Dudzik
I filled out information online but still had to go through more then ten minutes of questions. The girl that took my order had the personality of a door knob. The truck was not ready, drove out to me cold, and still needing warmed up. The back of truck and cabin smelled. Just a very poor experience. I just felt like the employees would just not deal with customers.
