The key drop box was not below the sign on the customer service door outside. It took me a while to figure out where it was. Everything else was fine, a bit pricey for the distance traveled and short time the uhaul was used.

Well when you promise a customer all the equipment will be at one facility & then the day before call them & tell them they have to pick up the truck from another facility & car transport at another that's not good business I was very upset about how unorganized uhaul was & didn't even offer a discount that's not very good business making promises & not keeping them & especially when the truck rental goes by miles also I felt like wow really

Reduce your rates-$1.00 a mile is excessive for trucks that have high mileage. Gas prices already cost a fortune.

The guy at the counter was rude at first and giving me Information that was wrong. i tried to show him the correct informariom and have my boss rent it instead and he and another employee got ruder. after calling 800 number and putting rep on my cell phone....which shouldnt have had to be done. he finally allowed me to rent. when you guys already owe me 100.00 when finally could get equipment. he rode a little segway 2 feet to equiemt smoking a cigarette talking about his personal life. same happened when my boss returned equipment. he also was seen going from our equipment hook up to his car with another set of customers. This is the second time in two weeks I've had horrible experiences with uhaul at two different locations.

I feel they over charged me I rented a truck for 1999 an drove 42 miles replaced the gas but was charged 97 dollars that is not right

I contacted uhaul via phone multiple times to find a truck on sat 8/26. The service was poor to say the least. My first attempt reserved me a truck on Lockbourne Rd. I asked they send me an email with address so I could find it easier. They did not. I called Lockbourne and they said they did not have a truck, they just rented it right before my name popped up on the screen?! Starting over they sent me to Parson Ave. No apologies. They only had 10' truck and I reserved a 17' truck. 3 more calls no help. Found truck on line for remote pick up Harrisburg Pike. Got there and no one to get keys. At least they provide phone number that got me to Georgesville Rd. IK asked multiplke times where I could get a 17 or 20' truck and no one sent me to Georgesville rd?? Why keep your customers away from 1 of the best locations you have?? Folks on the phone were useless and I find it amazing they could not find inventory and direct me to it?

Had a blow out on the trailer. Took almost 4 hours for someone to come change the tire. After I had to go track someone down to do so. Had to leave trailer and someone on side of the road to get the tire fixed

Picking up trailer was quick with reservation. Returning trailer was about ten minute wait time. There was only one person at the counter explaining four way electrical connector options. Finally a second employee came out from the back and checked me in.

I reserved a 9 foot van 1.5 weeks in advance. I went online the day before pickup and registered to make my pickup go quicker. I called them right after I registered online to make sure I was on their schedule. I reserved the van in advance for 24 hours, starting at 7:00 AM on the day I needed it. I arrived on the day I needed the van at roughly 8:00 AM. The attendant had a horified look on her face, and told me she gave my van to someone else. I was shocked...I needed that van to move my son to college. She said I wasn't at their facility right at 7:00 AM, so she gave it to someone else. I said I had it reserved for a 24 hour period, and I was not told I had to be there right at 7:00 AM to pick up the van. What difference does it make if I'm there at 7:00, 7:30 or 8:00? I went out of my way to reserve this van properly for a 24 hour period, made sure it was on their schedule, and then they screw me and give it to someone else. They didn't even call me that morning to warn me of what they were about to do. And no where on the Web site does it say you have to be there right at 7:00 AM to pick up the van or else. Nor did anyone ever tell me that I had to be there right at 7:00 AM or they would give the van to someone else. Your attendant made a mistake, and instead of apologizing, she made me feel as though I didn't follow correct procedures. What procedures. No one even told me anything, other than they had the van reserved for me and I had it for 24 hours. I am very disappointed in this company, and I will never use your product again. Plus, I am telling everyone I know about this bad experience, so hopefully other people will avoid your company as I will. Very bad experience. The attendant I had the awful experience with was located in Dublin Ohio; she did find me another van, but I had to drive way out of my way to Georgesvill Rd to get it. Very disappointing.

After I drove a couple miles the driver did tail light fell out and was hanging by the wires. I put it back in and secured it properly. But the unit did what I needed it to do. The passenger blinker did not work on pick up. I was not to worried the one on my truck worked. There was a discrepancy in the price I will see how that goes.

No greet when I walked into the store. I however greeted the employees "hello" and the lady seemed to reluctantly reply "hi". I quickly realized I was interrupting (an at least 3 minute) conversation between a male and a female about an issue with another customers items. I then put my license and car insurance in their view as if to hand it to them and the lady said give us a moment. It would've be nice had she said...good day, I'll be with you momentarily...when we first came in. Being ignored is not a good feeling....After they wrapped up their conversation while we sat patiently and listened to it the staff then acknowledged our need and treated us kindly. Overall the experience was just...okay.

The representative on the 1800 uhaul was rude and I when I asked if they gave AAA or military discount, she replied they don't give discounts. Next time I will go with Penske rental

When I took the trailer the paper work showed giving me a military discount. When I return the trailer the bill did not have the discount. I ask the man checking me out and he said I would have to contact uhaul he could not do anything about it. Not real happy with him.
