Ensure that the beginning fuel level on a truck rental is accurate by rounding up or down to the nearest 1/8 tank. If a truck rental is returned with more fuel than the contract required, credit the customer for the extra fuel.

I had the rental for 95 hours and 28 mins . Where I come from, four days is 96 hours, but this location decided to take advantage of the time zone change from pickup location to drop off location saying that I was 28 mins late with is a extra day. My contract says I have four days that is 96 hours why was i charged a extra day?

The gentleman who facilitated my pick-up was less than pleasant. Upon my arrival at 6:23PM (pick-up was arranged for 6:00PM), he stated "wow, you almost lost your reservation... if you would've came 7 minutes later, you wouldn't have a truck." I didn't come at 6:30PM, I came at 6:23PM. Since I didn't lose my reservation, why would he even say that to a customer? Right off the bat, I was unimpressed and that set the stage for my entire experience. I would coach the gentleman against providing unnecessary displeasing information.

The reservation process was quite easy over the phone and I enjoyed that. The pickup process was AMAZING because of Corie Lane. He is exactly the type of customer service rep that you want to meet. He was polite, informative, patient and thorough. He answered every question we had as well as explained things that I might not have even asked about. I have had experiences with other customer service reps at that same location and they were terrible. Corie is amazing. I also enjoyed that when pulling away we noticed and issue with the side mirror being loose. When talking to the reps they took the time to come out right away with the right tool to fix the issue. There was none after that! Thanks for the great experience!

Employee stated “Your trailer is out there some where, don’t know where but, it’s out there. If “You” don’t find it, come back in... I found it, hooked it up “Myself” by “Myself” & Did my own safety check..... Brought trailer back, was told to drop it where I got it, once again I did this “Myself”... I said “WOW” things sure have changed since my family had a Uhaul Lot in Pataskala, OH. (#18420) 6 years ago. We “NEVER / EVER” let a Customer Hook Up a Trailer.. The Uhaul training video clearly stress to Check the Hitch, Ball & tongue, Cross the chains, Check lights, look for equipment damage... CUSTOMER SERVICE / CUSTOMER SAFTEY..... Sad, So Sad.... The customer service with U-HAUL is terrible!!! Prior to even picking up the truck, I was on hold for 30 minutes JUST to speak to someone about changing the time. Then, when I called back about adding a driver, I was on hold for 32 minutes! I called the location the day after I dropped the truck off & got redirected to the main line. On hold, again for 18 minutes, they couldn’t help me because they didn’t do billing. So the lady said she couldn’t connect me, but she would send the Georgesville location to call me back. They never did!!!!

Mike helped me get hooked up...we had some challenges with the lighting and he was great...did a fix to my vehicle so I was good to go.... all on an extremely hot day and he was smiles and charming the entire time.

I ask for 1 way local Trip and force me tu return the pic up truck to the same store been this 1 of the most biggest store in Columbus Ohio with over stock equipment available for rent at the 775 Georgesville rd,my first bad experience WITH U-HAUL,I will keep doing business with them but never again at this location.

We are completely happy with how smooth and easy this process was. The online service to setup was awesome. The express check in online to help speed the pick up was amazing. And drop off was 2 mins. If we ever move again we'll defiently be back!

The only thing we were not satisfied with is we got charged $12 for going over a few miles because we had to drive a extra 40 miles to pick up the uhaul because the previous renter did not turn it in at the right place. When we turned the truck in it had a quarter more of a tank of gas than we needed. At $3.00 a gallon just thought that should more than cover the extra mileage that was beyond our control.
