I was charged another amount of money after paying the original. I understand the gas part cause my 20$ didn't make it to the line, but I was already late. And the mobile app wasn't working for drop off, but it damn sure asked me for another 200$. If I knew it was almost 400$ I wouldn't have rented period. That's the price I paid when I rented one to drive up from SW Florida. It's insane the prices & yall don't advertise that very well. This experience wasn't the best.

VICKI BWe wouldn’t have gotten a truck at all if it wasn’t for Don at Taylor’s Mini Storage. U-haul in its ultimate wisdom decided to change my date, time, and pickup location for a reservation that I had made months ago. Even though I to drive an hour each way and pay mileage due to Uhaul’s actions it was well worth it to secure a truck and get my son who is serving on active duty in the Army moved into his apartment while he is attending training at Fort Campbell, KY. Thanks to Don who made it all possible. He is truly a class act and good human being.
