I went to the location on airport thruway in columbus ga and tried to rent a 10 or 15 truck. They didn't have one ready in enough time so the gentleman helped me book one worh Taylor Storage. Quick and easy. Thank you all so much.
JOSHUA CTell the customer to read the contract to inform them that if they do not upload the U-Haul app to return their vehicle they will be charged an additional $20 fee!!
EFFIE DPoor customer service on the phone when trying to get help on picking up a truck. Zero help was given. Didn't know how to pick up a do it yourself truck and received zero help over the phone

MADHAV DExcellent Service at this location. Truck was ready and Taylors Mini Storage went above expectations with their service. Highly recommend, especially for military moves. Rented this truck on 5/29/24. No problem from GA to TX, truck ran great.
Kaessey TThe location was fine. The truck was dirty, it smelled like a wet dog and had hair everywhere. The back was also not cleaned out. The reservation was messed up, I couldn't reach anyone, and it took me calling and you calling back at least 12 times. It took an hour and a half to get the truck.
johnnie BTruck not ready at original local. When I did get a truck from this location it leaked fuel. Not the location's fault and customer service was great.
Nathan TI picked up the Uhaul and was very disappointed.it was filthy in the cab and in the back.I had to drive home and spend an hour cleaning it.Cupholders had crap all in them.Sests had black grease on them .steering wheel was sticky and black.thats just a few of the things.It also had a terrible smell in it.i have been using your business for the last couple of months and spending a lot of money as my son was hurt in an accident and im doing his job by using your trucks to allocate snacks in my stores.I rent a truck at least 3 days a week .The only place that i have picked up trucks and they were actually clean is airport thruway.i will be using that location from now on or will take my business elsewhere.Thank you Susan Weise. Oh and the man was real nice at Taylors but I do feel he should have inspected the truck before renting it out.He did apologize.and I told him his truck is cleaner now than before I rented it since I cleaned it for an hour before I could ride in it.
Susan WThe area was not clean nor was the truck at pick up. The company also accessed my CC several times after the card was returned Instead of a hold for 104.05 which should have contained the 61.46, there were 2 additional charges 61.46 for the use of the truck. I spoke to a customer service person who indicated it was impossible. I have been using Uhaul for over 40 years in various states and many in GA. I will not use this facility again if I use Uhaul for my needs. You need to inspect, poor customer service on the phone and the company.

OPEY CI reserved a dolly. I checked the truck before leaving and saw there was no dolly. I asked the employee and he said that he hasn't had a dolly since before Thanksgiving and "they know that". They as in U-Haul. He said he took it off my reservation since it wasn't available. I wasn't NOT informed of this at any point. I had to discover it and question it at pick up. Also, the truck was free of any personal belongings, but not "clean" by any means.

James GFirst he had a sign on his desk that read any unattended children will be sold as slaves. Secondly he over charged my card twice. Then today 10/10/2020 charged it again for 44 dollars??? I got a email saying it was only 37 dollars. At this point I really would like my money back. And he makes uhaul look bad. I only rent from you guys. This was the worst experience ever. Lo sentimos
lakeisha tI rented from this facility because they were supposed to be open during pickup. Not only were they not open when they were supposed to be we left three messages asking for assistance and NEVER received a call back. Your online checkout was having trouble pinging our location so it took 45 minutes to get our truck. And the wait time for the customer service line was over 20 minutes. We will never rent another truck from Uhaul again. It was one of the most stressful moves. And you guys called our additional contact person to ensure the truck was delivered back on time even though we returned it TWO HOURS EARLY.

Kimberly MSo the one thing I thought was weird and a bit inconvenient was the gas in the vehicle was at half a tank forcing me to go fill up prior to leaving on my move. I've never rented a vehicle without it being full of fuel. Additionally we had a big move. The 26 foot truck while was a V10 had substantially less power than required to move efficiently and really there needs to be a diesel option.

Tommy TMy only negative comment is that they do not participate in the month free storage with a one way trailer rental. We chose this storage location from the uhaul web site because of this offer.
