The location and staff member were excellent! Thank you! I had great trouble with returning the truck via the app. I tried on Sunday and actually took the truck home for the night to try again the next day. In both cases, the app could not get my location, even though I specifically authorized it in my browser settings. The app had no way I could see to move past that and manually enter the location or otherwise check in the truck. So, I took pictures on my phone as indicated in the video, just in case, locked the truck, and dropped the keys in the box. This seems to have been enough for checkin, which I appreciate. However, it would have saved me time and worry if the app played better with my phone.

My local moving helpers secured through the website as independent supplemental services, ran later than expected and the need to extend my rental contract by about 6 more hours thru a modification made online went smoothly as can be expected. I was a bit pushed to my logistical planning extents but it all proceeded well enough to get the necessary job done. Thank you, again.
