It was supposedly open, but it wasn’t. There was no instructions on how to leave the trailer, just for trucksThere’s no phone number to provide assistance. It was in a sketchy unsecure location.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMaybe not be constantly bothering a customer every single freaking day when your past due & email, text message or voicemail is fine but the way this handled feels like they are personally threatening you & make you feel super uncomfortable almost Feels like harrassment
Carla BTerrible place to drop a trailer and 20 ft should not be an option u have to back down a 200ft driveway
Dane SShe was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!
Stephanie RI originally scheduled to pickup a 5x8 trailer at Broadmoor Storage, 2050 Southgate Rd, about a month ago. The day of pickup, after NO PHONE CALLS, TEXT or any warning whatsoever, the young woman at Broadmoor said, “Yeah, we don’t do trailers. When I get the dispatch for a trailer I just ignore it.” So, I was left without a trailer, and I still had to more THAT DAY, and find a trailer on extremely short notice. Fortunately, I searched and found one myself, with NO HELP from Broadmoor storage. Further, I had to get a travel much larger than I needed, and paid almost four times as much for it. I will be leaving a scathing review of Broadmoor Storage on Yelp.
