When I went to this location on Sunday, your computers were down and the front desk staff was doing everything they could to check people in and get them on their way in the fastest way possible. Considering the circumstances, they were extremely professional and extremely nice. The whole process from the time I got there to the time I left took approximately 1.5 hours. These two individuals at the front should be given high praise to handle what they had to do that particular moment. Great job!Richard W.
UHaul must get their computer system back working! Also they need better control on inventory. I was given the wrong trailer number which made for issues when I returned it. Luckily the staff was helpful and able to rectify but it necessitated an extra trip to resolve.Casey S.

First, you sent me to a location that was much further away than my original reservation because of mechanical issues so I had to pay extra mileage, gas and waste more time for something that was not my fault. Then they forgot my moving pads, which I had paid for and didn't notice until I got all the way home. So I had to drive back, again pay for more miles and gas for something that was your fault. I've had great experiences in the past using Uhaul. This was not a good one.Paul S.

I was charged for 2 days and I only had it 1, I need to find out how I can fix that problem please, the guy who checked me in kept telling me he was right and I was wrong even after I showed him the reciept, and he kind of made me feel stupid and brushed me off. I was to pick up a trailer and a appliance dolly. First it took me 45 mins to get my rental. And once we had the rental and made it all the way to our destination we realized they did not put the dolly in the trailer. We drove back to the the uhaul site and the attendant said to me that the realized he'd forgotten by the time we drove off. My question to him was â€œwhy didn't you call or try to stop usâ€ his response was he didn't even think of it. This put us behind about 45 minutesJACQUELYN F.

The process to rent a trailer is horrendous. They required a photo of my driver's license, a picture of me, and a call to my wife. What's next, a DNA swab?!? The fact the rep took photos on his personal cell phone is a privacy issue. Made me feel like I was a criminal. I haven't had to rent through UHAUL in a while and this is probably the last time I will. I thought renting a small trailer instead of taking the topper off my truck would be worth my time.
