Upon arrival to complete a self pickup I was informed that they would need to perform a repair to the TT I had reserved the week before. The Assistant Manager was very accommodating he brought me to the GM, Jen, who got me into an EL at a discount because I had Moving Help movers waiting for me to load up. Upon return the discount did not reflect on my final charges; the CSR checking me in said he would put the contract on hold and let Jen handle it. I had full confidence that they would so I left. I received an email a few days later informing me that I owed a balance (the incorrect amount that the CSR showed me upon checkin). So I reached out to the GM and she assured me me that she would get it corrected. I asked her to please have someone reach out to me to confirm the charges before they put them through; I have yet to hear anything regarding this even though I followed up the next day with the GM. I also wrote an email to U-Haul collections department and have yet to get a reply to that either; It is my last resort to put this in a review but I felt no other recourse. I would appreciate it very much if someone could please look into this and give me a callback. ¡Gracias!Matthew A.

I was given the worst Cargo Van on the lot and had to go through to much for an hour rental. If I could I will avoid renting from this location. Even after I opt to get insurance protection I still was shown every dent on the vehicle. I've been treated far better at other locations.James J.
I am still waiting for a refund for 1 day rental, insurance, 15 large boxes and 19 medium boxes. The computers were down on 4/18 when I arrived to return the 20' truck I rented. Needed tow dolly so rented one from this location. I understood rental was for 24 hrs (picked up unit at about 430 pm on a Friday with understanding that return would be by.530 on Saturday. Was surprised when I got a call from an agent wanting to know why.i hadn't returned the folly by 9 am on Saturday as she had a customer waiting to pick up the dolly I rented about 8 hours early. What a f..kn RIP off by this facility. Additionally I found a serious metal failure after my rental on the pivoting mechanism of the dolly. I had a pick up truck reserved but, when I arrived at scheduled pick up time the pick up was there but still hooked up to a trailer and keys to truck weren't available. I was never compensated for any of the inconvienence nor was it offered. All of this making it hard to accomplish what I needed to because I needed a truck not a panel van causing job it was rented for to take almost 2 days longer making me late in returning the rental. I reserved a 15' for 7:00AM at the Powers and Galley location. Arrived o time to be told that there are no trucks available. Showed my reservation and they basically told me to F-off that they don't have trucks and there was nothing they could do. They refused to call dispatch and I spent over an hour on the phone doing their job to get a truck at Academy location. I will NEVER EVER rent from u-haul again, period!Patricia W.

When I went to this location on Sunday, your computers were down and the front desk staff was doing everything they could to check people in and get them on their way in the fastest way possible. Considering the circumstances, they were extremely professional and extremely nice. The whole process from the time I got there to the time I left took approximately 1.5 hours. These two individuals at the front should be given high praise to handle what they had to do that particular moment. Great job!Richard W.
UHaul must get their computer system back working! Also they need better control on inventory. I was given the wrong trailer number which made for issues when I returned it. Luckily the staff was helpful and able to rectify but it necessitated an extra trip to resolve.Casey S.

First, you sent me to a location that was much further away than my original reservation because of mechanical issues so I had to pay extra mileage, gas and waste more time for something that was not my fault. Then they forgot my moving pads, which I had paid for and didn't notice until I got all the way home. So I had to drive back, again pay for more miles and gas for something that was your fault. I've had great experiences in the past using Uhaul. This was not a good one.Paul S.
