TERRIBLE! So we set up a 24/7 self-pickup online. It was before their store hours because we wanted to start moving early. Someone in their office screwed up the order so we had to wait until the office secretary came. She was friendly about helping us, but then basically try to blame us for choosing a self-service and that we shouldn’t do it. Blame the customer for trying to be efficient? Really? Don’t use these people! Thank God we weren’t in a rush. I can’t imagine families who want to get going early and be screwed over by these people.

Keep the rental location the same as when I booked it. I was notified 2 days before the rental date that the location had changed to a store that was much farther away. There were 3 other locations that were closer and 2 0f the 3 had the same equipment.

our only complaint was that we wanted to pick up truck in Florence by us , and day before pick up they told us truck was at another location not close to us. The person was nice there and truck was clean and ready to go.

The contact didn’t have anything available of what I needed when I called so he checked the system for the nearest availability - Even though he was in the best location for me. After booking, he called back when trucks that were out for maintenance returned and he could then provide me a truck. It was convenient and much more than I expected. Excellent customer service!

I was told in South Carolina that I had until closing to return the truck and that since I had purchased the insurance that they would not give me a hard time if I were a few minutes late. That was not the case when I arrived at this location. After having so many issues with the trucks maintenance, I was ready for it to be over. I will not recommend Uhaul to any of my friends or family.

I received a call Friday asking when will I have the truck back because it was reserved by another party Saturday. I explained to him that I had fallen unloading the truck and that set me back but I would have it back Friday night for the Sat reservation. Mind you I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis so this move was very challenging for me. Sat a lady called I ask her if the $40 fee could be waved do to the circumstances & was told no because I caused them to loose a reservation. It's better to just say no I don't care about your situation then to lie & say I caused a reservation to be missed. I will definitely be using Penske for my future rentals. This has been the worst experience morning. Thanks to uhaul. It has been horrible from the beginning to the end. With the exception of the 10th Street owner Robert. Who I will say once again had very good customer service skills and was very understanding and honest.

The final cost was I N S A N E 90 cents a mile? Fees for this, fees for that. I've rented Uhauls before and never remember a 17 foot truck and dolly costing over 100$ to rent for 4-5 hours. Great facility, really nice guy running the place, but gee whiz, crazy cost.

I was over charges and not explaination as to why .. i was charged for gas when i filled the tank . I beleive i was charged for equipment an i used my own stuff . I cleaned swept and mopped the back and returned on time . I would like to have my money problem fixed

My paperwork said to drop the truck off in cold spring ky and when I arrived at the cold spring location with the truck the employee was rude and told me that I should have called first to make sure they had room to take the truck. He never went out and inspected the truck and just told me I would recieve my final receipt in an email. After this experience I called 1-800-GO-UHAUL to speak to someone about this and he did not acknowledge any of this as wrong and just told me to check my final receipt to make sure it was right. This has been a very bad experience.

Self Service online needs a lot of work. They changed my location at the last minute, and the online process didn't work and I had to do it in the store anyway. The vehicle and location were fine, but if there was a rating on the entire process it would be low.
