I was over charges and not explaination as to why .. i was charged for gas when i filled the tank . I beleive i was charged for equipment an i used my own stuff . I cleaned swept and mopped the back and returned on time . I would like to have my money problem fixed

My paperwork said to drop the truck off in cold spring ky and when I arrived at the cold spring location with the truck the employee was rude and told me that I should have called first to make sure they had room to take the truck. He never went out and inspected the truck and just told me I would recieve my final receipt in an email. After this experience I called 1-800-GO-UHAUL to speak to someone about this and he did not acknowledge any of this as wrong and just told me to check my final receipt to make sure it was right. This has been a very bad experience.

Self Service online needs a lot of work. They changed my location at the last minute, and the online process didn't work and I had to do it in the store anyway. The vehicle and location were fine, but if there was a rating on the entire process it would be low.



Not a good value. Van for 2 hours = $70.

Though I was told that I should be due a refund because I only had the truck for 8 hours. The gentleman at Ballard Storage rented it to me for two days. The cost of the rental seems excessive for the amount of time I had it.

I had a self pickup and when I got there, some information on the order wasn't put through correctly, therefore the order didn't go through successfully. This created a very large problem for me and as a result it made for a very negative and stressful experience. I called the number to the person who called me the day before to confirm everything, and they didn't answer when I called multiple times OR call me back after I left multiple messages.

I ordered a utility dolly and upon arrival they told me they have never had them so i had to pay for a utility dolly and i also had to up size my truck or drive 30 miles out of the way to get the one i wanted so not very happy,they would not accept cash either

$.79 a mile on top of paying for the gas is way to high. Disappointed I could not pick the truck up at the site I had reserved. It just added extra miles to the bill.

After they tried for quite some time to run my husbands credit card, it was determined that their system was down. Luckily his "drop off" was still there waiting as he had to drive to an ATM. When he returned they told him since he was paying cash he was required to put down a $100 deposit, so they sent him back to an ATM to pull the money. While transaction took an hour and a half!
