The seatbelt did no tighten and was lose. The dash was sticky and the doors were hard to open. Customer service was HORRIBLE. They hung up on me and my wife. Overall bad experience

Someone was given a uhaul by providing this location a number which was connected to me long ago. Without verifying I was sent an email with the customer information such as contract and one for me which I have no association with the individual. I have reached out to customer service which was no help as well. The contract number is 77226168. For future reference please verify information to avoid such an upsetting manner.
