I have no complaints or advice. I received splendid service and would highly recommend this facility going forward.
This is the second time in recent months I have rented from this location and probably the 10th or more overall. I tried the last two times to do 'contactless' where I don't have to go inside and both times your system won't allow my to complete. This is VERY frustrating and wastes my time as they require me to start all over once inside. I brought this to the attention of the manager and their inside computer system was also down. They tried to take care of my reservation via their phone and kept complaining about it and U-haul overall. I didn't need to hear this and it just made me more anxious to get my truck and get out. They wanted ME to file a complaint (more of MY time!!) Rather than them addressing this issue, which they said is a very reoccuring issue), this was a husband and wife team that doesn't have the proper ediquite to be public facing. They expressed their frustration out loud in front of me and had disagreements in view of the public..not a good look, it was uncomfortable to be involved in. So I finally got my truck more than 30 minutes after I arrived, did my business and brought the truck back early and with more gas than I left with. ( I got NO paperwork when I left with the truck). When I got back, the man greeted me and checked in my truck, he was pleasant at this point. He handed me my bill and it was much higher than I anticipated..he said that I'll have to go inside for a detailed receipt. After I got it, there was a charge for Safe move, which on my reservation, I declined along with every other offering. The woman said that I didn't tell her that I didn't want it. But she never asked me about any extras... safe move, boxes, locked, if I need storage...nothing. So why did she purposefully check the box adding that item to my bill and none of the others?? I asked and then they both started getting irate with me saying it was my responsibility and quote 'the customer is not always right' (man). I said it wasn't about right or wrong, simply it was done on purpose to drive up my bill or it was a mistake..I did not know either way and was not accusing them, but I didn't check the box and opt in for the $14.00 extra charge. The conversation got more heated and the woman asked the man to leave the office and she would handle. She said it was taken care of and I asked for a revised receipt..yet another under the breath comment about me! She wound up calling a supervisor or someone to fix it, but she had to be walked thru every single step and kept sighing like it was such a burden. Pathetic customer service and they both let it be known they were upset with me. This is absolutely unexceptable. I let them know I owned and managed restaurants for over 25 years and knew quite a bit about customer service and how to handle difficult situations and now as a customer, I still have a low bar as far as my personal expectations, but this was one of the worse ones I had in many years. I hope that they get help or can be taught how to handle problems when they arise. I have 6 Uhaul rental places within my town that come up on YOUR map, so they are all within a 10 minute drive I'm assuming. I know exactly where each one is and will absolutely not be going back to this one again even it is the closest. You can search for other reviews by me, to make sure I'm not a serial complainer, but you will find zero of them as I value my time too much, but this one had to be put out there.
Nothing. The truck I rented was by far the cleanest vehicle I ever rented. This includes many cars as well as moving vehicles. Kudos to to those in charge.

Booked on line to pick up without having to go inside. Got there and it was not available. Wanted to book a pickup truck, but it booked me a van. Had to go inside and start the booking process all over, give credit card info and drivers license. There credit card processor wasn't working, wasting 15 minutes of my time by having to do all that over again. Truck was requiring a oil change, so that did not allow me to see the mileage to verify if it matches or how much I used when dropping off. The cargo area of the van was left with several items of trash that I had to dispose of before returning so I didn't get charged. Overall, not a great experience!

The location forgot the much needed and already paid for dolly and furniture moving pads. It was after hours, so I couldn't reach anyone with the company for help.
There was a mask left in the truck from someone who previously rented the truck this tells me that it was not disinfected and due to COVID 19 I think that is not safe. Also there needs to be some type of WiFi available for pickup and drop off as my phone and my fiancÃ©'s phone both did not get service.
They gave us a terrible truck they knew had issues because we were an after hours pick up and it was a long haul one way. The tail light was out, the radiator hose blew while driving and it had been repaired before with tape so they knew it was bad before assigning it.

Everything was great! Easy access, really nice equipment and everything worked properly! Very easy move. I had to keep reminding myself I had a trailer behind the truck it was so easy to tow!

I rent a 15' truck 7 days in advance and the day before call me to say that Uhaul hasn't this one available and they change for a big one (26') . This one I can't fix in my garage and have to park in the street behind. and the dolly is not inside the truck as we did in the contract. I have to make a new reservation for the dolly and go to pick up in another place on Sunday.
My complaint is more with UHaul than with the location. The app, check in process, not having the vehicle I needed and overall lack of organization was really bad. My reservation was at 9 and after being passed around to another location that had the vehicle my reservation called for, I waited in a 2nd line there and finally was able to pick up the vehicle. That was AFTER I checked in online twice. Super inefficient for something that shouldn't have been.
Please sanitize the vehicles before the next rental goes out due to Covid 19 Thank you.

Tire had a large bubble on it I had to go switch it for another trailer
The mobile application is not friendly user, confusing and time consuming.. Truck delivery through the application, the camera feature of the application not working. NO answers to phone calls.
Pick up and return of my Uhaul was difficult and and an inconvenience. The website had prefilled a mileage number for my Uhaul that was 30,000 miles under what it actually was. I tired to upload a picture and manually enter what the mileage was and it gave me an error and would not let me proceed with my self pick up. I'm not sure if walk in stores are still open but mine was at a personal storage unit without anyone to help in person so I was using the self rental website on my phone and had to call a representative. I was on hold for about 20 minutes before I was connected with Faith. She was honestly amazing. Very personable to talk to and eager to fix my issue. It took us longer than I'd like to get the picture sent to her and have her manually enter it so I could get going, however she extended my rental time by an hour without charge which was great as we spent every minute utilizing the truck to move. I had the same issue when I went to return it, spoke to another customer service representative (not sure of his name) but he was equally as helpful and had me ready to go in 10 minutes. Great customer service, the self rental website could use some work.
Fix your app - after going through the entire Process there was an error on your side. Thank goodness for April at the facility Who helped me.
