TNG was very courteous and easy to deal with. TNG was recommended to me by a friend. She was right about the ease in picking up and dropping off the truck.
Patti MThis comment has nothing to do with TNG or location. It would be helpful if mileage cap of 100 miles or unlimited mile option could be offered instead of per mile since fuel cost isnt in that cost either. Esp when there are no uhaul locations near place of moving and had to drive majority of miles from nearest location/town that had uhaul dealer. Overall uhaul is okay but not what it use to be as growing up remembering as my family moved often and switched to penske although besides the ride being smoother I'm unsure as to specific other issues or likes when parents decided between the two.
