This is my 3rd U-Haul rental in past 2 months. I really needed an appliance dolly for my move as I had requested. A regular utility dolly was left in the truck and the facility was closed when I picked up the truck. I had to find one on my own to complete my move. As you can understand, it's frustrating when you are paying 1.09 a mile when you have to go out of your way! I expect a refund on the dolly fee. Gracias

The passenger side mirror was not in good order and would not stay in place. I was unable to properly see the traffic in the lane to my right. I had to drive most of the way in the right lane only. If you have ever traveled in Oklahoma, you know that is always the lane that the trucks have torn up. The person in charge was arrogant and did not follow my instructions on which of my cards to charge and insisted on charging me for a trailer that U-Haul asked me to tow to Lindale, Tx for them. I am pissed that U-Haul has yet to reimburse me the $81 I paid to TNG Power Equipment. If the $81 is not refunded to me, I will no longer be a U-Haul customer.

Maintaining the equipment I would think should be a priority. When I left the U-Haul parking lot in the pouring rain I noticed the truck steering was pulling to the right very badly. An already unpleasant experience of moving was made even worse by having to fight to keep the vehicle on the road for hours & 100's of miles.

The trailer for the most part was in good condition. It was not cleaned (probably from the previous renter and looked to have been run into something on both side, but I took pictures before and noted it prior to leaving the lot on the pick up date.

I was very upset!!! When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was asked for my credit card info, told there would be a hold on it for an estimated amount. When I said my driver would be paying cash for the actual amount, the man said for him to remind them to remove the hold. So he returned the truck and asked how much it would be. He was told it had already been run through using my credit card. You say, what's the difference, he could just give me the cash, which he did. It mattered a lot to me. I had an $1800 car repair 3 weeks earlier, which I had to put on my credit card. Being 81 years old, on Social Security with limited income, I'm having to pay interest a for few months. So this new $91+ charge, is also costing me interest. Your employee said he couldn't do anything about it without an involved and time consuming process. They should ALWAYS ASK before charging the credit card.

I dropped the truck off on Sunday, it was gone from their forecourt by Tuesday but I received no notification that they had booked the truck in or closed out the rental. I went to the location on Friday to ask why and they were not able to figure out why they hadn't closed out my reservation but had sent the truck out. They told me to call U Haul to get it resolved. Not at all impressed with this location.

The people at T&G did a great job, but the U-haul truck I rented was in poor mechanical condition. The truck had 140k miles on the odometer and mechanically showing it. Slack in steering wheel and sever vibration in drive train above 60 mph ( I think the driveshaft was out of balance or worn u-joints). I rent from U-haul about 2 times a year and will test drive my rental next time. I pity the person who rents this unit for a cross country move.

well when i got the truck it was no where near 3/4 filled on gas which isn't a problem but i was forced to sign a paper saying it had 3/4 of a tank which wasn't accurate.
