Air conditioner is broken in truck. This is the 2nd time I renter this vehicle. The first time I rented it, I reported the air conditioner, not working. The second time I rented it the same issue is present. During the summer, this is extremely inconvenient not to have the air-conditioning working in the vehicle.

MACK LNever received my refund after returning the truck it’s been a month now!
Bernisha CFuel was less than claimed… and not full tank U-Haul usually provides. Agent refused too do a walk around the truck with me, and refused to record the fuel at under a quarter of a tank, tho he was claiming the tank was half full. I sent photos several times… still not resolved.
Lea KThe inside of the truck was dirty. The owners didn't take the time to inspect & clean the truck before someone else rents it. Cup holders had food & crumbs in them. Someone left their sock in the truck. Papers, trash, a piece of a tool was in the cargo of the truck. The steering wheel didn't have a locking lever underneath in order to adjust the wheel. I'm short so it was hard to see over the steering wheel. The owner asked for a $100 deposit. I was suppose to be charged $34 but at the end they ended up taking my $100 for payment when I was told that I would get my $100 back in my account in 3-4 business days. Not very professional. Do not rent a U-Haul from a alcohol/liquor store.
