They initially "lost" my reservation, and someone that morning had picked up the truck I reserved. But the rep kindly got me another truck - a larger one but he only charged me the same price as the one I reserved. All in all it worked out really well and the rep was nice and helpful, easy move.

I have no issues with this location. I should have never had to go to this location. I specifically requested a location by my home, I made the reservation there, asked 3 times if I would be picking up my truck there and was assured that was the case. Yet, the day before I was supposed to pick up my truck, Uhaul changed the location of my pickup. When I went to that location #2, they said that they did not have my truck because a truck wasn't dropped off there (even though there were 3 other 10' trucks in the lot). So Uhaul made their problem my problem and sent me to this 3rd location. At location #2, they said that someone from Uhaul should have called me to let me know that my truck wasn't there. I did get the truck I needed, but because Uhaul is incapable of managing their trucks and reservations - the process was complicated from start to finish.

My location was changed from what I initially booked, and then less than 24 hours before my move the new location called to push back my rental an hour. When we went to get the truck there was an oil light on. We checked the dipstick and there was literally no oil in the truck. We alerted the attendant, but he didn’t have any oil or service ability at all at the location. We tried to ask for another truck but they didn’t have another one for us. So we had to take the Unserviced U-Haul to a gas station and take care of it ourselves before going to meet our movers, for which we were then late. Since we booked them for a set amount of hours, I was then charged extra by the movers to cover the time I spent SERVICING A U-HAUL BY MYSELF. I’d never come back to this location.

We came here twice to pick up 2 separate trucks. We used the 24/7 truck share but the app wasn't working so we ended up having to go inside anyways. The first truck, the guy didn't even secure the back door. The next truck we got was for a long distance move. There was supposed to be a dolly on back but we ended up having to go in to the location and get that ourselves. The guy at the counter never have of any sort of overview of the damages to the vehicle or anything. When we picked up it up, there was a HUGE dent in the side of the truck cab, to the point where you couldn't even properly open the front door. Because it was so large and hard to miss, we assumed that this had already been noted in the vehicle damages. And there was no way to check either because the gentleman never gave us any sort of report of inspection on the vehicle. We dropped the vehicle off in Maine on May 7th and mentioned that not being able to open the door properly was really annoying. The guy checked the inspection records and apparently not only had nobody ever reported the dent, there had been no inspection done at all at the Cincinnati location and the last inspection it had recieved was from nearly a month before that. So basically there was no way to prove that we weren't at fault because multiple locations had neglected to give proper inspections. Luckily we had paid for additional coverage just in case, but it was still an incredibly frustrating experience.

I used express check in. Got text that ready for pick up. Get there and nobody there. Business next door said self check and go online. Went online and it said my gmail couldn't be found. Had to call 800 number and they directed me to go some place else

We rented a truck, furniture dolly and pads online received a confirmation #, everything was fine. 20 mins later, we received a phone call telling us the truck was not available at that location, and we had to pick it up @ a different place. O.K. we did, the new place, had to re-write our order for some reason, did not have the dolly from the first order, and changed our drop off that we had requested to a different drop off and we didnt know they had changed it. So when we took the truck to our requested locarion they didnt have us scheduled, they then charged us for going 7 miles over our 'alloted' miles. When I schedule it online it was 'unlimited' miles one way, the whole reason for choosing u-haul.

I had to go to this location because I couldn't use the automated one on Madison. I tried for 20+ minutes to log in and couldn't get the key. I tried calling the 800 number and all I got was a recording telling me to review my experience. Terrible customer service response.

Gas tank not full and license plate hanging off when I pickup . Filled gas tank up anyway at drop off and didn’t have to fill completely Due to it not full at pickup.
