I made an online reservation and showed up to the facility and no one was there. The office opens up at 9am and my reservation was for 11 am. We called SEVERAL TIMES and was told by a representative on the phone that someone was there and they were toping off the windshield wiper fluid... THERE WAS NO ONE THERE. We waited outside for 45 minutes trying to get ahold of someone to get us the keys to the uhaul that we had already reserved. Would not go there ever again!
