I had a reservation for 10:30am on Saturday, August 31. I waited until almost 11:30am for the business owner to return from a trip to Trenton that morning (she communicated that her cat needed to have stitches removed that morning and she could be late). I wound up have to come back into town after a celebration of life 10 miles away to pick up the trailer. Quite inconvenient for us.

Everything went smoothly. The equipment choice was the perfect one for my Son's move to College. The amount of time we were able to keep the equipment allowed us to accomplish all we needed to do to get him moved out to Manhattan, KS and set him up in his rental property. Would definitely use Uhaul again! Great job to Gina & George with Super Saver Oil Co., Inc./ Uhaul @ 108 Cherry St., Chillicothe, MO for all there exceptional customer service! I would highly recommend this location for all your Uhaul needs. They are good people to work with.

I had reserved a trailer for Monday morning, July 1. Gina was very helpful but computer glitches made the experience very frustrating. Having given my information to the Edmond U-haul day’s earlier, I don’t know why I had to give the information a second or even a third time. The experience and the time taken to complete the processes were troubling. U-hauls computer system requires too much redundancy when all the information given in reserving the equipment should have been on hand at the pick up location. Gina was helpful and courteous but was required to re-input my information twice making a fifteen minute procedure take an hour.

Make it clearer abou the 24 7 on line validation process. I had everything uploaded and the uhaul was reported stolen and a sheriff came to the house!

My first impression of the condition of the location was very poor. However, Gina went above and beyond to help me get the truck I reserved although the previous renter had not returned the truck. I truly appreciate her help!

Absolutely great people that run this location. I wonder why the trailers don’t have a jack of some sort to make it easier to hook up and unhook.

The location did not have ink in printer to print the contract. The office was a dirty very unkept office off a garage. The truck was dirty on the floor board and the bed floor was not swept.

Train your employees correctly. The woman was 30 minutes late and took her 30 minutes to rent out the truck and our account has 3 holds on it by the end of the transaction. It is now 2 days later and I still have over $60 on hold on my account. I will refrain from using uhaul in the future. This is unacceptable. Terrible service.
