I made an apt. a month and 1/2 in advance and I had to travel 3 hours one way to pick up a truck. I picked up a trailer for you in Oakland and they had no idea about it and gave me no paper work on it so when I tried to drop it off in Pasadena they knew nothing about it also so it took a hour at each location to pick up your trailer. So that is 8 hours of my time wasted by your poor planning,

The lady told me I needed to return the truck with 1/4 tank. Apparently it had 3/8 of a tank in it and that was where I was supposed to fill it to. I was in a hurry and couldn't go drive to get more gas. A standard fill level would help.

The customer service here was absolutely horrible. I always take things like poor customer service with a grain of salt because I understand some people just have bad days and we aren't perfect, however these people were downright disrespectful and just rude. On top of their attitude problems they were highly unorganized to the point of failing to take down messageso that stated I would be bringing the uhaul back a day possibly 2 days later than originally planned. When I rented the truck I was told there was 3/4 of a tank of gas, but when I started the truck the gauge showed 1/2 tank. I immediately alerted the clerk and he stated that since the rental was already in the system, he couldn't change it, but would be able to note it. ? I was charged extra for fuel usage even though I filled it back to the 1/2 tank level. I had to spend extra time in my day to call up and dispute the charges. This was after the 1st location told me that my reserved truck was not available because the customer had not yet returned it. (the reservation website said it wasn't available until 4:30, I showed up at 5 and they even told me I was late!)? It was not a good rental experience. I had a worked on the clock while I dealt with all these delays.

Please let customers know that the 10' does not come with a ramp - especially when the rent a dolly!!! Also, why on a round trip, with the larger trucks is it a one time fee to rent, no matter the days, with the 10' truck, I was charged for 19.95 x 3 and .89 per mile, when with the larger truck it was only .40 per mile after the first 54 miles. Not happy that the 10' truck cost $100 more than the 20'!!!

This was my second visit. They set me up in less than 10 min. Everyone was very friendly. The truck was clean, but the windshield was not. I cleaned that when I got gas. I will recommend this location to my friends.

Service was good. The outside of the truck was dirty, but the inside was clean. It would be much easier if the gas tank was full so you could return it full rather than have to guess how much to put in to get it back between 5/8 and 3/4 full.

Although the customer service rep that took my reservation (not the dealer), gave me misinformation, Patrick O'Malley, at the Bidwell store, went far above what I feel he needed to. I figured I would get the "pass the buck" typical response since I didn't make the reservation directly through his store. Instead, Patrick dug in with with zero hesitation and quickly resolved the issue. I am very quick to complain about services that I'm paying for. I'm also very quick to give appreciation for services as well. Thanks again Patrick. Top shelf service indeed..

I scheduled a truck online, Patrick gave me a call first thing in the morning to tell me that he would call the customer (that was returning the truck that I had scheduled) to be sure he would have it back by the time I requested. Also, I was told by the uhaul 800# that my daughter could pick it up without me if she paid cash. (I used my CC to schedule the truck) when she got there she was told that they do not accept cash, so Patrick called me and took my CC over the phone saving me a 30 minute drive. He was so kind, considerate and helpful the whole time. He helped make a stressful situation work out in everybody's favor. Thanks Patrick!
