The location alone helped me get my truck even though they were closed because uhaul itself sent me to another location that was closed and had no one to help. Then the support couldn’t find my order or help me with the code to get the car which was also ridiculous and stressful, I’ve spent 1 hour with the support, chat with 3 different people and tiers and none help me. Eventually I returned to Orlando location where even closed sam stepped out and helped my from scratch get a new reservation and pick up a truck. This was the last time I’ve used ihail. I lost the time frame to pick up my stuff and only had enough time for one item. Now I have to rent a truck with someone else, spend more money and time and some of the items I was picking up are no longer available.

Austin HWhat can be approved upon for the next customer is to make sure they are aware certain rental vehicles host locations are not open on Sunday. This is important when help is needed even though U-Haul customer service is available.
Florence WYour check in system needs upgrade as it was difficult to check in. Whoever does your IT needs to step up because your electronic check in wasn’t working. It made the rental somewhat difficult.
Aldo ZGuy in there was lost and tried to convince us that we weren’t supposed to be dropping off there had us standing there for close to 45 minutes I had to go back in after he left us and tell him every other location was full.
