Bad service. I lost 30 minutes to find the truck, nobody told me when i can find the truck number, Olso it has damage crash everywhere and dirty. The lady at customer service is lazy works very slowly with bad moods.

attendant can be more professional, customer oriented, knowledgeable, his explanations of service made more emphasis on penalties rather then service.he appears indifferent how he treats customers.
I'm glad this is my neighborhood Uhaul location. Friendly efficient customer service. I usually rent trailers to pick up furniture around town and return after closing. No issues.
Extremely poor customer service. Fire general manager Angel Lyles. If the general manager is given off attitude and not trying to explain to the customer in a professional way I can only imagine how the employees working under her react to customers. Her communication Skills are non-existent from the beginning to end.
Customer service was poor, overcharged me and chose the wrong drop off location 200 additional miles away from requested destination. After trying to correct the cashier they stated to just call the nearest uhaul when I needed to drop off truck and that they would refund me for miles that were unused.
Nothing employees were great at answering all questions and explaining everything I needed to know
Don't charge me for the rental
Quick, easy and close to home. I wish they would have tried harder to sell me on renting a dolly lol. I needed it . ;)
My first reservation I made, no one was available for pick up and I had to downsize the size of my truck and that made me make more trips I was not happy about that
Poor customer service; employee checking me in wasn't able to explain my transaction costs (I had pre-paid for my order) and upgraded the truck beforehand; I also rented a dozen furniture pads with my order and they weren't in the truck upon arrival (I was told to take a package in the store, but there were only 6 per my count).
I had to leave the truck in the hands of a representative during check out. When I got my bill the gas was less than when I dropped it off and I was charged. I called about it. It was $12.38. I can't verify what happened. Unless the gas gauge is not properly working. But it showed the needle laying on full with engine on. 15/16. The bill showed 33.1 gallons on it. I calculated distance as 12.8 miles. The bill showed 14. I got my bill the following day. Next time I'll take pictures. Otherwise I had no problem. The

Everything was good
I did everything on my phone to pick up the truck and the next step it told me to do was to go in the office, pick up the keys from an associate at the counter and find the truck. I went in there and the person there basically took all my information a second time and due to technical difficulties on their computer and pinpad system, I was there for AN HOUR. It really messed up my schedule for the day and the manager was not helpful or polite at all.
Verify return state of rentals. Have tanks full and not quarter tank. Train staff on customer service.

Faster check in - all clerks wear masks (correctly!). My clerk had his on right, but the clerk right next to him had his down, which totally defeats the point.
Manager was less than pleasant when renting a truck and did not insect the vehicle. First truck offered had a busted bumper which was refused .Second truck was acceptable.
I left the van clean and put gas in it i o ly used it for total of 5 miles, but when charged me twice 29$ and next day $49. No response from costumer services. Unbelievable!!!
Make sure trucks r ready when customers come in for pick up
The Uhaul was not in an easy to find place. Thank trick I rented wouldn't start. We had to call roadside assistance because the steering wheel was locked and the key wouldn't turn. It took us 40 minutes to leave the parking lot. We kept having the same problem throughout the day and continued to have difficulty starting the truck. Also the pick up and drop off location was changed within less than 24 hours of the pick up time, not given me a lot of notice. The pick up and drop off locations were very inconvenient and resulted in us returning after hours where we were charged an â€œafter hours feeâ€ that I wasn't aware of prior and also paying for gas to fill the tank.
The only problem I had was that the check engine light was on which made the truck drive funny.
Friendly and wanting to help but ultimately significantly understaffed.
