This was a weird drop off experience. I walked up to Ste G, and shopping buggies are blocking the doors. So, there was no personnel to be helpful. There was only a small sticker on a window, that I spotted after about 20 minutes, telling me what website to go to to initiate my return. Despite the drop box being bright orange, that also wasn't the easiest thing to spot since it was further down the strip mall from the doors for Ste G. Watch out for the boards with rusty nails laying around, this location is run down and not exactly inviting, at least not where the trucks and trailers are parked. Everything was spread out making things difficult to find after a couple long days of moving stuff.

This location is a condemned building. The phone number is disconnected. I got nothing but the run around when I called for help! Terrible customer service!

Dante DThe location of this UHaul dealer was convenient and the people are consistently friendly. The community I live is limited so having a business to provide Uhaul's are great. This business always keeps a variety of Uhaul's for the demand of any persons' use. I drive to the surrounding stores in the shopping area where these UHaul's are parked and to see the neatness of the fleet is attractive. I'd highly recommend this pick-up spot.
