I had a reservation for a 17' truck which you changed the location for my pickup via email so I didn't see it till I went to pick it up where it was reserved. I had to take a 10 foot truck which meant 3 trips instead of 1 adding mileage cost. Why do you take reservations that you can't fill??

15th uhaul rental in my life by far the worst. Guy shows up at 10 after 10. Business supposed to be open at 10am. Says 5 words and miserable the whole time. Says drive around back to get trailer. No help hooking up had to do it myself. I have a back injury and could hardly lift the tongue onto the ball. Took me 15minutes by myself. Strained my back muscles. If I wasn't pressed for time I'd left and went somewhere else. I'm assuming he was the owner. I was going to buy mulch and stuff from them as I just moved to the area but not happening. He can not help other people.

The two people here that helped me were friendly and customer service oriented. I think I will go there next time I need hardware supplies since that's their main business.

One of the easiest places I've rented a truck from, great equipment, well maintained and friendly service and located in a home and garden style hardware store so if you need a lawnmower or hedge clippers for your new place it's a one stop shop

After doing the paperwork on a outdated computer system I was told to locate the trailer I just rented in the front or behind the fence and look for a employee to help hook-up. Took me over 30 min to locate trailer and find a employee to help me. Inform people on where to return rented items.

The truck had not been checked in from the night before, I was scheduled to pick it up at 10:00 am but it took almost 30 minutes before I could leave. I was paying helpers by the hour so it costs me more then it should have.

The staff member at check-in was not friendly or courteous. There were no other customers in the store when he worked with me but he acted like he did not want to be bothered with the transaction. U-Haul changed my pick-up location after I registered online to rent, giving me a longer drive. He hesitated when I asked for the additional miles to be added to the rental agreement.

Called to extend rental and on-site representative was rude and condescending. While this is a busy location, there is no need for uncivil and annoying behavior. Knowing they were overbooked, I returned the truck several hours early. Never received a thank you or an offer of small refund. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Add haul ‘main desk’ sign to the front of the building. Rentals are in the back but desk is in front of the building under the white awning. Just park, check in and pickup rental around the back. They are friendly extremely efficient and competent! It was an excellent rental experience.

Everything went smoothly at east coast rentals, I stopped by the greenbrier location on Friday at Woodlake Dr & greenbrier parkway and there were three people waiting in line and one sales counter guy. He was renting trucks, checking them back in, answering phone, going and get the trucks for customers, he was doing everything. I got tired of waiting, poorly managed, not organized, and not well run for one of your super sites. I went to east coast rentals and everything went smoothly, great service, great people, nice trucks. I was in and out in less than 20-30 min tops. Great job easy coast rentals

Extremely upset. First of all the trucks electrical system kept giving an error message and it would randomly jerk and bounce out of control. I had to drive 13 hours with random bursts of shaking. Then the car transport continuously (8 times) lose grip on the passenger side tire strap. This made the whole trip extremely difficult and uncomfortable as I had to constantly stop and restrap the tire. Very dangerous! Lastly, when I asked the young man for help with locking the car down initially he refused to help and I had to ask his supervisor. I would like to be refunded immediately for the entire cost of the car transport as it caused so many unneeded headaches and stress.
