The uhaul truck was fine and the service was fine as well. However I'm annoyed that when they gave me a truck that did not have a full tank of gas, and I did return it with more gas and it came with, I was still charged for not returning it with a full tank of gas even though that's not what I was given. I was told I was going to get a call in a couple of days. I may have been called, but given the amount of spam calls there's a good chance I might have ignored it thinking it was a Spam call, but I was not left a voicemail explaining that anyone was from uhaul if they did call me. The charge to fill the rest of the tank was miniscule compared to what I rented but the amount of gas a truck had should be something they could automate and track without assuming that every customer is given a truck with a full tank of gas.David H.

First I made an appointment at one location, it was later moved to a different location. Asked for an appliance dolly through the online purchase, once I got there it wasn't available. I had to get a dolly that wasnt as effective. Very inconvenient. The customer service was average at best. However the ladies checking the trucks in were super nice and did a great job. If it weren't for them I would've put ZERO stars!ðŸ˜£EDWARD G.

Your locations are ok. It's your phone customer service that is poor. Luckily I did not have to call your 1-800 number this time. Last month when I rented a trailer I had to contact your 1-800 number on two separate days and had to wait on hold 45 minutes each time I called. Very unacceptable.GEORGE M.
The truck reserved for my reservation was not onsite upon our arrival. Our reservation had to be reprocessed to issue us another truck. When we got the new truck, there was no gas. What was supposed to be a quick easy pickup took 40 minutes.Michael E.

The staff was nice and helpful and got us our storage unit. Unfortunately the store had closed by the time we had finished unloading into storage. The website uhual.com/share was taking forever and not uploading images off of my phone and took me over 50 minutes of troubleshooting and trying different options before borrowing another persons phone to do the return. my phone is a Moto Z3 and i had 4/5 bars of 4G LTE and was able to navigate other websites just fine. It was a really frustrating experience.Kelly C.

I had very good experience with all rentals so far with U-Haul But this one was pathetic. Bey old truck that wasn't maintained well. I was scared to speed it up above 40 mph as it's steering Wasn't stable. It was tough to keep it within lanes. I returned it at 10 am on Sunday but I've not received email with details of cost. I think that this location of U-Haul has to do a better job.VIKAS K.
