I have a BIG problem with U-haul, not pickup or drop-off locations. The problem I have is that I am still trying to get a final receipt out of U-haul. I have not seen a final bill, and have not been able to determine if you credited me the difference between the full gas tank I returned to the 5/8 tank I had at delivery. The agent assured me it would be credited. I have sent this inquiry via the return click provided in an email I received yesterday that's only purpose was to tell me you were charging me $.30 for and extra .9 mile.

The cargo area of the truck that we rented was filthy, even though it’s supposed to have been swept out before we rented it. We had to do that, and vacuum it out too, including the ramp which was filled with rocks and sand and gravel. Several of the blankets we purchased for use during our move were filthy and stinky and filled with sticks and a gravel. When we spoke to someone this morning at the U-Haul office, she was apologetic but didn’t compensate us in any way for our experience. She just said that she would make sure it didn’t happen someone else in the future. And that she doesn’t know how it happened because they check all their vehicles. Apparently this one got missed.

Went to drop off trailer and they closed early so no help unhook it nor let the know the prolems with it. Also not much room to park it.

Would be good if you honored the quote received when reserving online I estimated 60 miles and used 62 miles. Was quoted online for $47 with a 60 mile estimate when I brought that up in store she drop my miles to 45 to make the amount march the quote reather then match the quote revived online.

The van was not clean when we rented so we had to clean it before we started moving even though you shouldn't have to do that. However, U-Haul is a complete rip off. They charge your account twice and tell you that is normal and apparently they expect you to read minds and know this is going to happen. So instead of putting a hold on your account and then charging the difference when you bring the vehicle back they charge you twice and don't tell you that the hold is going to last for 3-5 days. Then when they end up over drawing your account because of it they do not do anything about it, they blame it all on the customer. So apparently this is all my fault that they charge your account twice WITHOUT telling you. So I would recommend NEVER renting from this place unless you want to get ripped off. This is by far the worse company ever, all I wanted was some sort of discount for the hassle that they made me go through and for the $500 that my bank account is now overdrawn because of their incompetence of how to properly charge a credit card.
