The young man who checked in my reservation was very professional, courteous, thorough and kind. Very nice to do business with employees who are engaged in their work.
CHERYL RCould not use my sun pass as vehicle already assigned to another account. U-Haul customer service noted file. Will be interesting to see what I’m charged. Should not be more than what I would pay with sun pass.
RONALD Gdrop off was closed when we returned the truck but well lit with great signage to drop off the rental agreement and keys It forces me to place an answer about helpful personnel - even though it should be n/a because we didn't see anyone
Killien RThe day I went and picked up the truck, there were several people being helped. Not enough employees. I could have gotten the rush time as it was a weekday and getting close to 5. Still was able to get my truck and leave within 15 mins. The employee working was very efficient.
