Too many people scheduled at the same time for a one-person shop. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my vehicle. I don't blame the shop since the scheduling was outside of their control.

Nothing to improve. I've used this place 3 times now for my U-Haul rentals and they're are the quickest, friendliest ladies. Definitely recommend them for all U-Haul needs.

I was charged $28 for “save moveâ€â€”a fee I hadn't agreed to, along with a misc $69 rental charge on top of my mileage and rental fee. No one mentioned this fee before or after I agreed upon the contract. Not cool.
