Requested truck for 8:30. No one showed up until 9:00 and didn't even have the truck size I needed. Gave me the keys and told me to drive 4 miles away to get the size I needed. Then called me saying there were 2 dolly's in the back that needed to be returned, causing me to turn around and back track instead of going to my destination. Horrible experience and would not recommend location to anyone

Process to pick up and return vehicle was difficult. Truck was a mile from location, buried in snow. I had to shovel it out. Check engine light was on. No back up camera
Robert DVery nice service from Miguel, and he was very helpful in answering all my questions and explaining the process, pickup, and dropoff.
Kelly SThe uhaul was not at the pickup location. We had to drive to a totally separate parking lot, not walkable. When we got there it was completely buried in snow and we had to spend 30 minutes cleaning it off. The entire pickup process took over an hour despite checking in online.
