KEVIN MI tried to make my reservation for 8:00am and the app stated they didn't open until 9. I got there at 9. No one was there. I finally called UHaul customer service at 9:15 and was told that I had to use the app to pick up the truck. The app kept spinning and and stalling. 35 minutes later I was able to leave. If the hours are listed as 9-1, why did no one ever show up?? Why did I have to call customer service to find out that I had to do everything myself? Not happy. Not everyone can use the app. The drop off was a better experience with the app.
Bonita MThe truck wasn't available at the original location I signed up for. Thankfully someone made a call to a different u-haul location near by and got the same size truck available for me on moving day
