The only problem was when I reserved the truck it was very difficult to get the phone number on file changed to my number. My son's number was in the system from me paying for a truck rental but him picking it up when he moved home from college. I changed it no less than 4 times but my son kept getting confirmation text. It was finally changed the day of pick by talking personally with U-Haul tech. The other problem was getting the lock to work when picking up the key to get the truck. We watched the video over and over and still couldn't get it to work. I had to get my son up to place we rented it to finally get it to work. This cost me two hours of moving time, I recommend an easier way to do that or get new locks. Other than that the truck, the service was fantastic.
