Worse experience every I'm currently having to dispute charges with my bank because of this location. They sent me a recipet for one price and charge my account different causing it to over draft. When I call the location they said it not there issue it's the bank when I said I would be contacting corporate he said no need I'm not from the corporate office. Very rude and worse experience of my life. I would never tell anyone yo go to this location never had an issue with uhaul before and will not be using their services again.

Great staff who goes above and beyond the call of duty. When they say call if you have any problems, they mean it. I would recommend this team to anyone who lives in or are going to Carrollton. You won't be sorry. The app needs work but the location was a dream.

The location I was at had friendly staff and the equipment was clean and well maintained. The only negative was that the credit machine didn't work very well and took a long time to check out and the return process (return after hours) was a little clunky due to location services not working well on my phone in that area and I had to reenter my credit card information twice to finalize payment - it did eventually work but it was a little annoying. Having said that, I would used U-Haul again and I would use that location again - it was likely a one off occurrence.

I can't say enough good things about the folks who run this location. They're professional and proficient at all aspects of moving, storage, and truck rentals. I can't believe there's such a gem tucked away on a street that I pass on a nearly daily basis.

I had just one problem with this van and it was important enough to let you know about it. I was facing the setting sun coming back home from the delivery I had to make. The windshield was not clean on the inside and so the sun glared on it. In addition, I tried to clean the outside of the windshield with the wipers and the wipers just smeared the dirt onto the windshield and despite how many times I ran the water on it, they would not get rid of the streaks. This made it really difficult to drive west at sunset. Almost impossible. Please change the wiper blades and clean the inside of the windshield!

Nothing to do with the location..... to painful to rent a truck. I am a regional manager and cover 22 states it is so much easier to rent a car than a truck from uhaul. Asking me to call a contact and verify they in now me is insulting. I will be sure to tell everyone not to ever rent from Uhaul again.

We called the 800# in order to adjust out pickup time from 6am to 8:30am and were left with the impression that it was taken care of by the 800# (that it wasn't an issue and they made the change). Got there at 8:00 - 8:30am and there was no way to pick up the truck through the app even though we had been assured that we could do that so we had to wait for the place to open. Come to find out that our reservation had no-showed and only the time change had been entered into the comments not reflected in the reservation itself. Only by the grace of God was the vehicle still there and not spoken for by someone else. I work in the hotel industry making reservations and could not imagine trying to run a hotel with such incompetence. I mean you're moving, you need a truck and can't be told, "well sorry, your reservation has no-showed and now the equipment is someone else's..." Also don't schedule reservations so close to one another as delays happen and we were an hour late in getting the truck back (not just because we were late but because we were stuck on the other side of town dealing with a major traffic accident on LBJ (highway 635). We had scheduled the truck until 4pm and when we called to advise we were told too bad, the truck is spoken for by another reservation and much be returned by 4pm. I'd hate to think we inconvenienced someone else because of traffic on LBJ. Buy out the closed car wash next door to your place on Country Club lane in Carrollton. You have absolutely no parking and are forced to park on the street which quickly fills up. Then where are you supposed to park??? Your app used to return a vehicle is to cumbersome to use, find another method. About gave up after five tries, but kept at it because you charge something like a twenty-dollar fee to have an agent process the return.

Disable ability to rent vans overnight. Did not know you could not rent vans overnight until the day before the rental when the local branch called to tell me. Good thing I was able to use a truck, otherwise this review would have been much different.
