Everything is good at the moment. I am just waiting to see the refund back to my account. I was billed 161. On returning the vehicle i was billed 140 but i am seeing a 207 charge from u-haul so i am waiting to that i am being charged the right amount and u and i both are happy.

My credit card was erroneously charged for 50 miles, I traveled 20.9 miles, I was told that my final receipt would be emailed to me, I have not received 2 days later, but I did received this request to rate my experience, really??? I have called and left messages for store manager Cory? To date I have not received a return call. In reading your online reviews, it appears that there is a practice of over charging. I was over charge no big deal i drove 41 miles and Corey the Mgr.on duty estimated me driving 50 miles also i was told that &119.00 would be put on hold instead it was debited no bigee and rope i purchase would be only thing on my credit card that came out as well communication is key im satisfied thxs for servicing

I probably have greater expectations; however, I believe people in this business should have a better gauge for the size truck needed. I had called and asked for a 26ft before I packed the truck and was told I would have to go to Philadelphia to get one. After explaining what I had to pack and indicating that I should look at a different company, the representative advised that the 20ft should be big enough. Only to find out, after having to order a 6ft trailer, l get to the location only to find out they had a 26ft truck available. I had to cancel my auto transport and drive the truck/trailer and my car costing me hundreds of dollars more than I had planned to pay. In my view this was not acceptable. Another thing that would be helpful is a more user-friendly computer system, the representative had to start my contract three times before getting it completed for the truck and for the trailer, very annoying and very frustrating, and also not acceptable.

On Sunday morning when I arrived to pick up the truck. The agent informed me that I had the new mobile check in process. I wasn't aware that this is the feature I chose. Moreover the agent explained it all to me and she was excited about the features and how easy it could be for the customers. She was very pleasant although I could not remember names. However her whole interaction and experience with me made me feel comfortable and truly made my experience more than what I expected it to be. Also it was a nice touch when I returned the unit and the employee greeted me back by name although he had not met me for my initial pick up. That teams use and technology and personal connection with the customer was amazing and it really made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. You already had a customer for life but this location and team were the best I've encountered. Please look into who was working that day and give them my many thanks.

The transaction was both smooth and simple. Begining with my contact with customer service representative, Symphony Love. Ms. Love is knowledgeable and professional. In fact, the entire staff are efficient, professional, and expeditious. My transaction took 10 min. The staff at this location are excellent representatives of the UHAUL brand.

It started out a little rocky; could not located the truck and once we found the truck nor get the key in a timely manner (the system timed out). The other young lady on site was very help in getting the key for me out of the lock box.

The cost for mileage for $.79 was not honored in the store although it was given to me the previous week. Also, using ride share is totally ridiculous because you still have to come inside and wait in the regular line for keys. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT FOR MILEAGE AND INCONVENIENCE OF RIDE SHARE!!!
