Upon check-in I signed and initialed the contract in the office. Was given keys and went to the van which was parked backed in. I got in the van and turned on the air and waited for the young man. We did not go over the van or anything. I was told I was good to go. At no time was I parked to get a scratch or hit anything or no one hit the van. So needless to say I was appalled when I got my credit card report and I was charged $148.49 for Light<3' scratch/crease. I called and was told someone would call me back. I have yet to hear from anyone. I didn'thave my car so I was not able to go there and on Wednesday I was out of town. I think if is unfair and criminal that U-Haul cheat people like this and yes I would not recommend this particular store on Central Ave in Largo MD to any one and I will be going up to the store. I hope that U-Haul will rectify this and refund my money to me.

I waited amlost 2 hours to get my truck the manager alleviated my issues by giving me a discount which I appreciate but I believe that this could have been avoided.

They lied about the prices and im highly upset told me 73 dollars if I drop to Capitol Heights location and I wake up to a receipt that's $165 is insane. I don't know where they're getting these prices from but it's unbelievable. The guy on the phone told me if I drop to Capitol Heights that I was going to be $73 why are they charging me a hundred and sixty five

I'm not sure which experience you are referring to? When I rented the truck from you all the two people working behind the counter were not very professional. As a matter of fact, I reserved a dolly and no one mentioned anything about it. I nearly left without it. Once I realized I was missing it, I had to hunt through the store to find it. If this survey is pertaining to my call to customer service to pay my storage bill. Yes, the woman did a good job helping me. And as she mentioned, I do have a shorter name that's easier to pronounce than some of my diverse neighbors in my community. Regarding my storage unit- it is in dire need of a exterminator!!!! Every time I pull the door to my unit up, out pops a fat roach! I didn't have roaches when I moved in and I'm afraid I'm going to have to rid myself of all my belongings so I don't take those God awlful creatures with me. I took my hamper out with clothes in it, low and behold there were mouse drippings in it. The unit to the right of me has a cat stuck inside to help control the rodent population. Wise choice but now the place reaks of cat piss. I choice this storage faculty because it was a convenient location and the price was below the competition. Had I known I the trade off would be the animal and pest kingdom I would have paid extra to go else where. YOU HAVE GOT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PORVISHED KEPT ENVIRONMENT BEFORE GOOGLE GET's A HOLD OF A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF IT's CONTAINMENT!!!!

Had an issue with the return truck guy(ELLIOT) he was disrespectful slam the truck door in my face. The whole experience was terrible. I reported him to his Manager. Hope this will get resolved. I’m following up with a letter to the corporate office

Staff was super friendly and Symphony Love was amazing!! She was very knowledgeable and explained the terms & conditions like she rehearsed them in her sleep!! :-) Symphony made me feel like I was an old friend or like I visit this establishment frequently!! Thank you and job well done!!! :-)

I had a longer wait then expected for the car pulled out for me. I then learned that there was a little confusion to the vehicle I was getting. Overall the vehicle was wonderful and got the job done.

The General Manager Corey Weaver was very pleasant to work with an efficient in completing the sale. However, the actual pickup process needs improvement. There were only 2 guys to bring trucks to the front. When I went outside no one was around. After about 5 minutes Ronnie drove to the front with a customer. He told me he would send Tony to the front to help me. After waiting, another customer came outside and commented that she thought I was already gone because I had been outside for awhile. So now there were 2 of us waiting for trucks. After about 5 more minutes of waiting I went back to the counter and told the GM that I still had not received a truck. He personally came outside to get both trucks. The lady who came out after me got her van first and pulled off then I finally got my truck. That was unnecessarily time consuming. The return process started out as a repeat of the pickup - a lady was already there waiting to return the truck with no workers in sight. Then one came around with another customer and finally 2 additional guys showed up. Because no one was posted outside it seemed like they just didn’t know we were there. Maybe having a designated spot for customers to contact the truck delivery personnel or cameras in the area or having someone posted outside would make the process smoother.

Make sure u reserve the size unit the customer, like me ask for, I had to get a larger unit because it was the only one left and that's not what I asked for. Very unhappy, sad and broke customer. Can u reimburse me for the cost or adjust the cost?

There were so many return trucks in the lot that I had to park the truck next door, go get a dollie, and my card would not work. The rep told me to call a number if the card didn't work and I got access but still had to walk back and forth to put my things in storage.

Have more larger size truck available, also stop lying to the customers about not having larger trucks available so that you make them purchase a smaller one to get all those miles. I contacted the "800" number within minutes and was able to reserve a larger truck which the store said they didn't have.

The Air is the only problem it was working but it was very hot but overall I had great customer services front the front desk representative with the blonde hair she was amazing she has been there for some years to the guy that helped me with the truck.This location is amazing keep up the good work.

Walk through damage with customer rather than just handing customer the keys saying it was good to go. I had to request they look over damage with me to protect myself from any damage I didn’t cause. I found 3 huge scratches that I could have been blamed for had I not made the uhaul employee walk the truck with me. Also, tell people ahead of time when you are changing their location. I was never informed that the pick up location had been changed so I went to the wrong location.

Didnt have my confirmed order and then lent me a different order promising to make it right but then overcharged me for that and putting a negative balance on my card. Not acceptable
