Gas light was on they said it was on a 1/4 of a tank my husband took a picture and they still charged us for the tank. The truck smelled like weedKevin H.

I asked over the phone was a specific truck available and was told yes, I asked could I put a hold on the truck I was on my way and was told no it would still be available when I got there. When I got to the gas station the truck was no longer available and I had to get a more expensive truck and ended up being charged more even though I returned the truck with the correct amount of gas.ebony M.
Was overcharged, gas wasn't full when I got it so I filled it to where it was when we got it (per the cashier request) and I was charge for it not being full. Wait was ridiculously long. While I understand training in real time is needed for newer employees we were not made aware of it, a lot of whispering occurred and I still didn't get the keys until 25mins after the vehicle was hook even though every thing was filled out. Which would have been fine but my 2 hour time slot was not extended the vehicle was still expected back in under 2 hours which isn't fair. Then to turn around and be charge additionally. There was no point of filling anything out online if it's going to take the same amount of time if not longer in the store. Very dissatisfied.Qourtney A.
