You're online reservation system is the most confusing and aggravating system!! I am so extremely displeased and will definitely look into other rental trucks before using Uhauls website again.

I originally booked the truck at the Plymouth NH location but it was not available when I got there. The service person called around to find a substitute and I was directed to the Campton location. I believe you have a guaranty which includes a $50 rebate if the vehicle is not available.

The first employee I encountered at this site was very friendly and helpful. She was really great. The male just seemed perturbed. I was charged two full days for a rental that was one day and 2 hours long. That seems unreasonable when an hourly fee can be easily calculated and applied as needed. This is poor customer service. There are better customer service options available. I will not rent from u-haul again.
