I returned the vehicle after hours. I had difficulty finding the key drop-off box. However, it was nighttime. In addition, the pickup location gave me a drop-off location with an address of Cortland Ave. They should have told me to drop-off the vehicle at the Mc Cartney Rd entrance, since L&T has two entrances - one on Cortland and one on McCartney. The McCartney Rd entrance is where the drop-off box is.

The location doesn't seem to have an obvious front office so we had to kind of awkwardly pull up to the back entrance and flag down one of the auto technician workers to ask about our UHaul. They also accidentally gave away our 20 foot truck before we had gotten there and so we had to use a larger truck than expected. It was great for our move but it didn't fit in our driveway overnight.
