The location doesn't seem to have an obvious front office so we had to kind of awkwardly pull up to the back entrance and flag down one of the auto technician workers to ask about our UHaul. They also accidentally gave away our 20 foot truck before we had gotten there and so we had to use a larger truck than expected. It was great for our move but it didn't fit in our driveway overnight.Ashley E.

Improve the gas mileage on the trucks the gas mileage on the truck that I had was terrible I must have put close to $400 for the gas in this truck unbelievable I thought it would be maybe double my gas in my car but this was more like quadruple unbelievablebill Q.

I reserved a truck on line for a location in Boardman, Oh. My reservation was confirmed then was given a Campbell,Oh location for pick up. That's misleading and frustrating.Sarah T.

The dealer at this location was very courteous and knowledgeable. Upon pickup, when check the tail lights on the trailer, they were very dim. When the dealer called the U-Haul number to report the problem, they weren't helpful at all and told him it was a ground issue and it would work itself out. The dealer then switched the wiring harness with another trailers and then the lights worked great. The trailer looked very worn , but I thought not much of it. After I arrived at my destination (3 hours on the road) I noticed that the straps came loose that were around the tires of my deceased fathers 1972 Corvette (mint condition) , and was not happy at all. I'm very thankful God had blessed me with a safe trip because the trailer did not provide me the comfort after not knowing how long I had traveled when the straps came loose. Also when I did strap down the vehicle, the ratchets on the ratcheting straps were very hard to ratchet.brian A.

I did not like that I can reserve a truck online and was asked what location I would prefer, or close to me I choose that location and after everything is done I receive a text saying the location has been changed and I have to travel further to pick up truck and its counted for the miles I use.David T.
Location was a used car lot that was locationed behind front lot. There was barely anywhere to park due to the amount of cars in lot. Only thing wrong with truck was some kind of soda was splashed on dash and windshield.James R.

My reservation was at the Struthers location but no one was there. I called uhaul and was told to go the Campbell location and I'd be credited $50. The address i was given for that location is incorrect and had to call for directions after wasting more time trying to find it. Still have not received $50 credit.Michael B.

I dropped my truck off after hours however it wasn't checked in til Monday 3 days later also they failed to check inside the truck for the dolly therefore I had to be called to make sure I returned it, maybe they should check equipment completely to make sure everything is being returned so customer is not being called for no reason.EARL S.

Initially, the Uhaul rep set up my pick up location incorrectly. He also set up the wrong size vehicle. When I went to L&T Auto Sales & Service, they realized the errors made, cancelled the first order and made their own. I was very please with the service there.Thea H.

The truck and trailer were mechanically in great shape. The truck had cigarette ashes in the arm rests and dashboard. I cleaned them up myself. The location was not near my home. There is a much closer location nearby for me.PAUL G.

U Haul charged me an extra $35 because we hAd mud on the floor due to the snowy Weather the ground was wet its winter ,ridiculous so just bewareKenetta H.

I would definitely recommend this location to ALL my friends/family! The guys at L&T Auto Sales & Service were GREAT! Being as I had never pulled a trailer myself, they made sure I was hooked up "properly" with all lights working before I took off! They also drove over to Autozone to purchase the "correct" electrical adaptor for me when we realized the Uhaul hook up and my truck were different. I couldn't ask for a better experience! In the future when I need to rent from Uhaul, I will request this location. 5 star service!!!!Roxanne T.
