It not staff fault but software needs to be more responsive and easier to use for business. It had to reset twice to get one contract.

I was pretty disappointed that my pick up location was moved an hour away from where I needed it. That was extra gas and time that I shouldn’t have had to spend. Up until 2 hours before my pick up time, the location was in London, ON. I understand it was a busy weekend, but I also think it was unprofessional and reflected poorly on the organization of your company.
JASON WThey charged me for fuel that wasn't needed. They charged me to clean when it was clean. Unsure where to park and the area it was in was not lit well. The drop key box was in clear and perfect view though so that was helpful. When I left the truck the building was closed, so I didn't see the personnel. The survey does not allow me to say not applicable. But since the overcharged for clean up and fuel were applied, I have answered no.
