Ron GOur problem would be with the corporate level and scheduling. We realize that the weekend we had available to move our mother from the east coast to Ontario is likely the busiest weekend in your company however coordinating available schedules, return flights etc was involved in the move. With this in mind the U-Haul was booked several months in advance a return flight for the driver was booked and work schedules confirmed. Literally the week of the move we received an email that there was a shortage of trailers in Atlantic Canada. The Ontario people were there with the towing vehicle and all other arrangements were confirmed. The staff at the store were polite but only traffic could help us. The person at traffic was still not able to get us a trailer in the size we needed on the reservation date. So it was wait an extra day or take a smaller single axle trailer for a 2000 km tow. The smaller trailer wasn’t an option as several pieces wouldn’t fit. Option B one driver wasn’t able to come move his mother. Flight cost was lost. Other brother had to take extra time away from his very hand on business to pick up the extra. Person in traffic (not a supervisor) said my official complaint was submitted and that a supervisor would be in touch. We are now a full week later and I have yet to be contacted. Again the local people have been exceptional on both ends. Corporately leaving a family moving a 87 year old senior in a pinch is not good form.
Sandra PI got excellent service from Camlachie Feed 3912 Egremont Rd ., Camlachie ON N0N1E0 . Yes I am going to recommend to my friends. But UHaul ( cooperate management ) needs to make it easier for us in Camlachie where the rural cell/data service is almost non existent due to lack of any cell towers in our rural area. We Can't check in / out using cell outside of the office.
Douglas SThere’s no reception to check in yourself as we missed the 1 pm closing. This is not in the owners control, but it was very frustrating.
Ruth-Ann JI have no issue with this location they are always great to works with. The issue I have is that I prebooked my trailer many weeks ago for pick up at this location and the day before pickup I get a call from a uhual representative stating that my trailer pickup while be at your west lorne location which is about an hour from me which was not feasible. After talking to the representative he found one at a London location but that trailer had to be returned to the same location on Sunday morning which was also an inconvenience. I settled with that for the time being until after I was done work and called the sunset location and sure enough they had one available which would have previously been my original reservation. The only issues was I ended have to pay an $77 instead of my original $49 quote at time of booking. Have to deal with the time with different representatives and having to pay double from my original cost just seems a bad way to treat a loyal customer who has used uhaul many times in the past.

KEITHE TThe truck I reserved in original location was not available on the day it was needed so I had to drive 1 hour out of my way to pick up a truck at a different location. This location was in an area with poor cellular coverage so I could not get the truck after hours so I had to go back the next day to retrieve truck.
Dean SHave the right size truck for them. And if not go get one. Maybe clean it and put gas in it.

STEWARTJ TNext time, avoid double booking trucks so students moving out on the day their lease ends don’t have to travel a total of 4 hours to get a truck that was supposed to be booked for 11:30am but don’t receive it until 5:30pm in a completely different location.

Jack KDrop off location system is poor had to drive all the way across city to drop off was real pain after I already unhooked trailer guy said they would not take. So drive another 1/2hr to drop at Clarke. Guy there was great.
Charles WThe software program you use to collect the info to rent the unit is extremely cumbersome and not user friendly. Please spend some money on better software to make the sign up process easier.

BERND SOur drop off location was supposed to be Forest Ontario however when we arrived the person said that they hadn’t been a U-HAUL location since Jan 2019. A suggestion would be to update your website. We had to drive 20 km out of way.
Gordon DWe dropped off in the night. Lighting was limited. It took us a while to find the dropbox for our keys. A sign posted on the door of the Grain and Feed store might help--or some other signage. Lighting and signage...
debbie sI love how close and convenient it read to my area. I just wish they had adapters for the trailer light hook ups. I had to go into town and buy one for $30 which is pretty much the cost of the rental. But overall, great customer service and I would definitely rent again!

HERMAN LI eneded up renting trailer in Camlachie Ontario. found whendriving by. New depot. Would be nice, when you bring on new depot, put it in the system right away. Trailer truck are there but the customer would only know by seeing it.
