Truck was fine. Sadly we were pulled over and searched while on the highway as the truck was flagged for being stolen. Not impressed. Also charged an extra for fuel charge but the mark on the contract and the gauge didn’t match. I took a picture of the gas gauge and was told it would be fine

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulTruck was under a 1/4 tank and it was filthy. I had to sweep out the cab and it desperately needs a deeper clean. My couch was stained black from A cushion hitting the ground. Overall poor experience but the guy was nice.
Joshua LThat particular truck shifted gears ;hard" in my opinion at low speeds. I brought the truck bck after closing so was unable to mention this to the franchise operator.
Don SI was told before returning the vehicle that I should fill the oil, and we did that as requested. We were also told that the $63 oil expense would be deducted from our final bill. However, when the payment was processed, the full amount was charged to our account and the $63 was not deducted. I’m disappointed because we followed the instructions given to us, but the agreed $63 deduction was not applied. I would appreciate it if this could be reviewed and corrected.
