The truck's pick-up location was moved to another City, and I did not get an email expressly stating it; instead it was hidden in my check-in email. I did not have time to travel further, nor did I want to pay for twice the mileage I originally planned for. I ended up calling my original location and getting a larger truck at the last minute, but it was much bigger than what was needed and cost more per km. This was very disappointing given that I reserved the truck a week in advance; if a piece of equipment will not be available, I should not be able to book it. I have not been offered the $50 'reservation guarantee', even though the truck size I reserved was not available at the location I requested.Jessica B.

The experience was horrible from start to finish 1) When I went to pick up my truck, I had to call someone to get a key 2) I rented a storage unit, and upon arrival there wasn't a key, as promised in my contract 3) I rented the truck from Sunday to Monday And was originally charged an extra day 4) I believe I may have been credited for the mix up, but no single person has addressed the issues. Absolutely pathetic from a customer service point of view But I suppose this is the world we live in now I will NEVER use your services again.Brian B.

There was lock on the backside while, and we were stuck badly without access to open it. I have filled fuel tank and attached receipts while submit the keys, but they have still charged extra money for fuel. Extra charges and worst service.HARDIK P.

the individual working at Franklin auto masters charged me so much for gas when I got the tank with a quarter and I even have a picture right after I took the vehicle and I still incurred a gas charge after putting it back to the same spot as I took it fromâ€¦ I refilled it and put it back to the original spot - there is a gas station right beside the damn store - but I'm sure they'll say it takes 20$ to just drive there. Your self pick-up app is terrible! It took us over 2 hours sitting in your parking lot until 11pm on Nov 12, 2021 not able to get in the truck! Photo glitches with my android phone! Phoned for help and waited forever - so many others had the same after hours experience because calls were taken in order. UNBELIEVABLE!Robert P.

Cab of the truck was exceptionally dirty including mud and food mashed into the floor. With cleanliness and hygiene playing a large role in society it was a little shocking to be given a truck in this condition. I do have pictures if interested.Timothy K.
- Gentlemen assisting was very nice and professional. - I do not believe the truck was checked over prior to my arrival as the passenger side headlamp was out, and the one that was working was pointed at the ground 6ft in front of the truck. - Wiper Blades are not in great shape These few things on top of driving at night and in the rain did not make it an enjoyable experience. The truck is NOT safe to be driven as It is extremely dangerous.Nathaniel S.
Terrible experience. Confirmed reservation was not available at first location. Got a call 30 min before pick-up moving me to a different location. Equipment was not available there and apparently nowhere else. Nobody seemed to care. Was told it was not Uhaul's fault since equipment was "abandoned" by previous renter. Finally after multiple calls was sent to 3rd location and had problems with mobile entry. Called help line and was disconnected and got recorded message to call back later due to technical difficulties. Had to beg a guy at reservations to help and he finally walked me through the process. Lock was very hard to use and last row of letters would not move at all. After several minutes of fiddling finally got code lined up. Once inside and started, van had low pressure warning message for rear tire, which was blocking milage, so couldn't confirm if correct. Checked pressure and seemed fine. Had to proceed while constantly nervous over potential tire issue. Very stressful experience.MICHAELJ B.

If an equipment is not available it should have been informed to customer before pickup. I rented a 4-wheel dolly but there was no availability and I have to make a way to this to work with a 2-wheels dolly cart. That was not funALEXANDER G.

The interior windshield had to be cleaned by myself as it was dirty. Otherwise the vehicle was very clean. I did have some issues with the final bill as I was charged in miles when the odometer was in km. Took a few days to resolve, but with help from Zach the field manager we were able to get this resolved.CRAIG F.

No one told me I had to put a deposit if I was paying debit. The quote I got when I booked it and confirmed it was 150 with tax and it ended up being 164! Plus the $100 deposit. No impressed by that.SAMANTHA K.

The people at the location was very nice to work with. There's an issue with the online booking system getting the right information to the vendor when picking up a truck that needs to be fixed. There's a clear disconnect. I did like the pictures sign in when picking up the unit. There's less data heavy ways of doing that and I think that should be taken in consideration as not everyone wants to upload half a doz pictures on there data plan.Alexander F.

First of all if you open at 8am be at work for 8am not 8:20am. Have someone working the counter that has even a â€˜general' idea of what they are doing and how to use the system. Between pick up and drop off almost 2 hours of my time was wasted for nothing. Online my rental was $129.00 for a 26ft truck for 2 days and 451 miles. I show up to pick it up and he tries to charge me a total of over $800 and only for 250miles. Luckily the district manager was there and fixed it all for me but not until after over an hour wait time. I then return the truck and the 250miles was still in the system instead of the 400+ that I agreed to. Nightmare especially when trying to set up my moving day.Spencer A.
