The site was small and clean. But I tried to call multiple times for guidance in dropping off the truck. No answer and no return call. We should not have pulled in where we did. Needed to be a half block down but there was no guidance or signage to direct us. Kaylyn (staff on site) saved the day by helping us get the truck and trailer to the right place. But it was VERY stressful due to the lack of guidance or any return call.lisa D.
Honestly, I think the entire business model of u haul is based on deception. The fact that you plaster $20 all over your trucks and your website, when a round trip into town costs $70? Plus, the trucks never have full tanks, so even if you go to the gas station, if you guess wrong you get stuck paying for extra gas at inflated prices. It's a racket, and I will only use u haul as a last resort.Jake K.
We tried to use the self checkout Uhaul app and it went horribly, but the building manager at this location, I think her name was Cassie, was awesome. She kept in constant contact with me, helped me navigate my way through the app, and made sure we were able to get our move done. I cannot recommend the app, but I do definitely recommend this location. They were very helpful.Joe S.
Actually care about your customer! Instead of just passing them off to corporate, tell them where the truck is parked and what the gate code is.. if you are too lazy to actually be on site! The virus is a weak excuse! You couldve done a lot more to help the situation! Instead I sat on the phone for 1 hr and 50 minutes! Total bs! Then I got to enjoy a nice goose chase all around your property! You suck!Joshua S.
